Best Girth Exercises in Your Opinion

Just like the title says, what do you thin the best girth exercises are? I’m trying to get together all the girth exercises I can find so I can try out each one specifically and see what I feel the most. Any information is most appreciated. :)

You may find that it is not one exercise that you think is the ‘best’, but a combination of two or three in various quantities one after the other.

I’d recommend:

100 strong wet jelqs, followed by one 30 second uli, then 30 seconds of DLD bends.

That is one set, do up to 7 sets without pause.

However if you’re not ready to do exercises like erect (DLD) bends and uli’s don’t do them. It’s not worth the danger.

Jelqs never did much for me AT ALL, so I would say DLD bends and horse440 squeezes personally.

Without a doubt, extreme uli’s using the bib uli thing. Hand’s down.

I agree that supersets are the best vehicle for girth. The actual squeeze you work in is up to you. Extreme Uli’s, Bends, Horses, etc. worked into you jelq routine will really pump up the girth.
