Best ways to track gains (without measuring)
What are some of your ways to do this? I don’t like to measure as often I know I have gained but then I find it hard to measure those gains (also ruler shy).
For length I check how far I can stretch my Flaccid beyond my belly button or when Erect I measure with my hand spreading my pinky finger and thumb which is about 8 inches and see how far I get past this.
For girth I check how far my thumb and middle finger are apart when grabbing my mid girth.
I was thinking of maybe making a lasso of shoe string and put it on my MSEG and then see a week later if it still fits around my mseg for example.
Anyone has any other ways of doing this?
