Better Workout Without Heat
I’m not sure why, and I’m not recommending anyone who does aggressive PE not warm up properly, but I seem to be having better subjective results without heat.
I just added jelqing back into my routine after years without it. For the first several days I simply wet jelqed for 10 minutes without any external heat warmup. This produced great expansion and a full day of better than usual flaccid hang. I wasn’t to surprised by this simply due to the fact that I hadn’t done them in so long.
The next couple of days I got out my rice sock and heated my unit for a full 10 minutes before the workout. I had a few bad sessions, less flaccid hang, and actually needed to repeat another session at another point in the day to feel satisfied that I was getting a good workout. My synopsis was that possibly I had already grown accustomed to the exercise, and was building resistance. Yes, it can happen that fast for me.
The next several days I decided to drop the heat just to see what happened. Well, the results have been much better than when compared to the heat. Consistently better workouts as well as flaccid hang afterwards. There was no need to repeat any workouts.
There are a few more factors I need to address before making any final assumptions, as well as another test run. Possibly time of day and/or erection level may have had an impact on results, but I wasn’t paying close attention to that. I will update if anyone is interested.
