Bored with Kegals
I was wondering if anyone had a different approach to PC exercises. I’m getting bored with my routine and need some new ideas. My current routine is: 500 regular kegals, rest a minute, 30- 10 second squeezes with no more than 1 second in between, rest a minute, finish with a 5 minute hard kegal. I’ve had good success with the routine, but I think my PC muscle is used to it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
