Cable Clamp

I need to get my self a Cable Clamp, but there’s a small problem. All the markets and stores that I go don’t have it. I’m from Europa/Croatia and still I can find it! It’s very shitty! So can any one tell me how can I get a Cable Clamp or you can give me a web link where I can buy the clamp. But remember it needs to be send to Croatia. I searched a bit but most of them where I found only send in the borders of America. I need the medium clamp size! If any one doesn’t know what I’m talking about I post a pic. Please help me because I’m totally lost here!
