I do a combination of jelqing and stretching—about 10-12 minutes of each per day. Since the very beginning, I’ve had problems doing the stretching, because it seems like my unit ALWAYS wants to be at least around 20% erect throughout the day. I think this is the result of doing jelqing. It’s always slightly plumped up, unless I’ve gone without jelqing for several days. The only exception to this is if I’ve been swimming in cold water, sitting naked in cold air for a long time, exercising intensely, or drinking tons of coffee. Unfortunately, none of these activities is really appropriate for the late evening before bedtime, which is the only time I have to do PE. Maybe I could try dunking it into a cup of cold icewater beforehand, but I’m a firm believer that warming up and heat are good for gains and injury prevention. I just wanted to see if anyone else had similar stories.

At first I thought it had something to do with my ‘hornyness’ that day, and it cán be the reason, but I think the best method for stretching when you have this problem is doing something else when doing it .. For example, reading, browsing the Internet, .

Do some inverted v stretches before your stretching routine, after doing these I have a nice flaccid to stretch with. Don’t forget inverted v stretches are advanced exercises and should only be performed when you PE for at least 3 months.

Nay, it’s an interesting thought, but I don’t think arousal is usually the problem. I always do PE while watching the telly or listening to a podcast on my computer. However, I don’t think the semi-erection has always got anything to do with being aroused. I just think that a single jelq session puts me into that state for the following 24-48 hours or so. I _could_ simply stop doing jelqs, but they seem too beneficial to omit. I’ll try the inverted V-stretch tip.

Plumped from jelqing is not the same as erect. It doesn’t matter a jot if you are plumped, you can still stretch.

Try stretching AFTER jelqing.

I had the same problem and only really solved it when I switched over to hanging. Using my hands to grip the hands just seemed to stimulate my penis whereas attaching a hanger really didn’t do anything to get me hard.

Beat off, then stretch.

I Might sound ignorant but what is so bad about streching with a minor semi. I know your supposed to be deflated but i keep stretching even if i get slightly plump or else i would spend more time waiting than streching. Am i asking for trouble??

I had the same problem. I found that a hot wrap right after jelqing and right before stretching usually reduces the plumpness of my penis. I usually wrap my hot towel for about 2 minutes. So far it’s worked for me everytime.

To me it doesn’t feel like you get a good stretch when even the least bit plumped up, but I don’t have an explanation for why, or if it is dangerous.

I only stretch with lower than a 20% erection. When it gets higher I have a harder time getting grip, stretches are less intensive and hands getting fatigued sooner.

I kind of have a similar problem I have a hard time keeping up a part erection for jelqing I stretch first should I stretch after I jelq?

In another thread I asked what I should do first; Stretch or Jelq. The answers came back stretch, then jelq. The reasons where that Jelqing plumps your dick up- which makes stretching harder.

It is harder to stretch whilst being erect because your cock has got more blood in it, and it is less ply-able to be stretched out. Basically- look to someone else for technical terms here.

It’s a bumber too- because I would prefer getting Jelqs out of the way first.

Have to disagree - for me, THE best jelq happens *after* a few minutes warm-up and then some warm-up stretches, and THE best stretches happen after a decent jelq session. So my recommendation is warm up, stretch a bit (5 mins), warm up some more, wet jelq (about 20 mins for me currently), then stretch stretch stretch! I don’t find the post-jelq plumpness hinders stretching at all - besides blood is infinitely stretchable ;)
