Choosing between Gains And Penile Health
I noticed that when I have more intense routines, I typically gain from that but my penile health is affected for about 24 hours. If I go light enough for good penile health and good eq all the time, I don’t gain anything. Is there a way you can choose both when you are past your newbie stages, or are you subjected to one or the other?
There have been a few times where I had both, but it was like finding a sweet spot that’s nearly impossible to achieve except by accident. Even then, it doesn’t last long.
