Has anybody hear experienced a decrease in size after clamping. I jelqed and stretched for 2 years fairly consistently, and then decided to clamp. Well, I did 3 sets of 5-8 minutes, 4-5 times a week for 2 weeks. Then went to measure my girth, 4.75-4.8, from 5.0-5.1. I was devastated! Anyway, during these two weeks I didnt do any wet jelqing, only moderate dry jelqing between sets. Which was quite a change from during only wet jelqing. But, I did gain about .2 in lenght during those two weeks! But I am more conserned with girth then length, at least right now. Has anybody experienced this? Is it possible im over training? Or just not doing the right exersises for me. Or under training?

Yes I noticed the same …. Results after 13 days

I found that my length, with the clamp on, or just removed, was almost an inch shorter. But the width seemed to be the same.

Then again, it’s pretty cold these days.

I wonder if:

jelq or stretch to achieve length gains
… until you hit a plateau then …
clamp to achieve girth gains
… unit you hit a plateau then …
repeat

?

Yes. You need to learn your dick as you go along and work it just right; which will vary from one day to another. When I started out my newbie jelqing routine I woke up with a pathetic turtle on the second week. I had to lay off PE and let it recover for 5 days before easing into it again.

Edit: I had to learn not to cheat with warmups either. I had started doing some light dryjelqing cold; thought I’d just do it for a little while rather than leave it alone as I had planned. That didn’t happen. Moral of this story: listen to your dick; not your porn :D

Three sets of 5-8 minutes isn’t much, so I’d say that it’s not possible that you’re overtraining with the information you provided. More likely is that your faux girth, i.e. swelling from the regular jelqing, reduced greatly.

Also, If you’re clamping without maximum engorgement, you won’t gain much of anything. Try three or more sets of 20 minutes with max engorgement per day and your girth will probably go back to where it was in two days. If I were to start clamping like this, I almost guarantee that I’ll gain 1/2” mid-shaft girth after two weeks. I would have to keep the regimen up for months if I wanted to cement a larger than the starting girth. I know that one month for me doesn’t cement any gains.

I have noticed this only once that was when I beat off too much in one day; it went back to normal the next day. But I don’t take a rest day any more I follow aristocane idea, I clamp, jelq, and stretch everyday. My thought is since my penis is in a warm place during the day it gets healed pretty quick and at night since I try to fower every night. So you want to keep the tunic expanding and the ligs stretched. I could be wrong, and if someone thinks this is dangerous please correct me.

MDC, I think you are right about the faux girth. It does seem I have lost some swelling. My erections are just as hard just not as meaty. Anyway, im going to start wet jelqing again.

Don’t clamp dude, it’s not for you. Move onto another movement.

MDC, would you recommend that I continue clamping after the head becomes cold? Becuase in order to go past 5-8 minutes thats what I would have to do.

Keep it wrapped with a heating pad then every few minutes or so stroke and edge, and after you’re nice and conditioned do what I do and do some of dld’s slow squash jelqs and bends.I get some amazing expansion.. And I don’t get bad fluid buildup and my dick never goes cold.

You might try going for 15 minutes and see how your penis reacts. I would worry much more about loss of sensation than temperature. If you experience any numbness, stop and don’t clamp for a few days. In order to avoid compressing the main nerve, make sure your clamp hinge is either on top, or on the bottom.

I don’t pay much attention to temperature, but don’t remember it getting cold even though I clamp for 20 minute sets.

Two factors that may be involved here,

1) Pure girth increase can result in some length loss.

2) You can’t go by a general rule with clamping… I can over train within 3 minutes of intense clamping!

Just a followup on the temperature thing. I definitely get cold from hanging for 20 minutes, but never worried about it since it doesn’t seem to be a problem. The temperature comes back to normal in a minute or two.

I just don’t seem to get cool while clamping.
