I`m happy to hear that your EQ has improved tremendously. I would also encourage you to listen to Phoenix.
At this point, it is VERY tempting to increase both intensity and workload, but that will probably give you diminishing returns both in terms of gains and EQ. Don`t fall into this trap like I did in the past. You are in this for the long run and results take time.
I`m doing the same stuff as you and have also noticed that my EQ (which has been shitty) is at least not worse. Actually, it seems a little better the last two days.
