CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

Not to hijack this thread.but I just began some mild clamping. 1 X 10 min and 2 x 10 min sets
Over the last several days. And my eq has increased tremendously.

So I guess for those that are ready for it, clamping is great for eq. I’m kind of surprised
After all the warnings that it causes negative eq.

I think the negative can come from going too far with it, for example someone else like you would start off with good eq with 1x 10 min and 2 x 10 min sets

But then they feel too confident and move on to 3 x 20 mins sets every day and so on, which could cause the opposite eq.

Maybe balance is key here, tread carefully, watch your body and adjust to it as needed.

I know that general consensus on Thunder’s is length before girth so this is a ‘what if’ kind of question…

Right now I’m doing 3 on 1 off routine with manual stretches, V/A stretches and dry jelqs. I have 5 months of PE experience. What would happen if 1 out of 3 sessions included clamping? Of course, I would start off lightly (something like 2 x 3 minutes) and work my way up to 3x 10 minutes. I wouldn’t use too much pressure (2 clicks less than tightest comfortably possible). How much would it slow down length gains and would I gain any girth from clamping only twice a week (for start)?

Just curious… I can wait until I reach my length goal, but I’m putting this question out in the open because maybe I’ll like the answer and more girth is certainly welcome. :)

Yeah I am looking for the same UpTo7. I want my length to hurry up so I can start clamping for real so my gf will notice. I am planing on doing 2x10 sets 3 times a week. Maybe I should only do it twice a week if I want my length gains to continue?

Maybe any pros that have gained length by stretches etc and girth by clamping can share some info if anyone has made it possible?

I’m on my first serious cycle of clamping but I’ve been doing some stretching at the same time. I plan to measure come May so then we’ll see whether or not this works as well as I think it might.

You are not hijacking the thread at all.

As long as it is relevant for clamping, it is highly welcomed.

I`m happy to hear that your EQ has improved tremendously. I would also encourage you to listen to Phoenix.

At this point, it is VERY tempting to increase both intensity and workload, but that will probably give you diminishing returns both in terms of gains and EQ. Don`t fall into this trap like I did in the past. You are in this for the long run and results take time.

I`m doing the same stuff as you and have also noticed that my EQ (which has been shitty) is at least not worse. Actually, it seems a little better the last two days.

upto7, i am doing exactly what you are askinh about. i started out with 2 sets of 6 minutes total, and am doing 2 sets of 10 minutes. Read through my log in member picd and youll see where i started and how things are going.

So… Am I supposed to jelq before or after clamping? Or both? I’m not talking about jelqing the fresh blood into the penis between sets, but jelqing as a penis workout.

I started clamping the proper way last night with the screw at the bottom. Somehow it doesn’t feel so snug compared to having the screw on the left hand side of my penis :s but if BG said it then I will continue

That is the right way to do so. For me as well, it seemed to not hurt as much when I have the screw on the bottom as compared to when I first started and the screw/hinge was on the right side.

You want the pressure on the sides of your penis, not on top and bottom.

Cool guys. That’s the way I’m doing it right now! Just on my ten minute rest lol.

New question… If I’m not able to do both stretching and clamping in one session, is it better to do stretching in the morning and clamping in the evening or vice versa?

I personally have better EQ in the morning so it’s better to do clamping then. Since I get hard easily it interferes with the stretching and the expansion I get at night isn’t quite as good.
