CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

Morning clamping and stretching in the evening. There is no right or wrong answer but I’m just like ebon in which my EQ is best in the morning.

So most people claim most gains in base girth. Can’t you place the clamp at the mid of the dick to encourage midshaft gains?

Gyrta - You can try but the further up the shaft you go, the more prone to damage you may be. At least at base there’s less sensitive areas that can withstand constriction comfortably.

Yea. Something about that just doesn’t sound like a good idea.

I’ve been off clamping for about a year now probably, as my gains had stopped.

I’ve just read Red Zulu’s clamping width exercise at matters of size (link below)… linked to from one of LongVehicle’s threads… and I’m going to give it a go.

Yes, it’s extremely intense and crazy, but I think it may also be genius.

I would really love a little bit more width (as opposed to depth), and this could get me the last little bit of girth I need.

Nothing more extreme than I’ve done already anyway.

That is interesting. I think we all have been taught here to do no more than 10 minute sets. I think I may try (2) 15 minute sets myself and see if I notice a difference between that and the 10 I normally do.

I’ve been clamping for just over a week. What I notice when I’m in the clamp, is that my base girth, just above the clamp itself, seems to get all of the expansion.

Being that my mid girth is at 5.5, and I go balls deep regularly :) ; if my base girth is “all” that grows, than so be it.

Clamping is so addicting, though. I have to make sure and be disciplined about time, intensity and frequency of sessions.

I haven’t had time to read this entire thread. But who has actually achieved CC growth? Did you do certain exercises for this? Which ones?

I’m guessing that Big Girtha may know this answer since he went from 4.5 to over 7 EG. I hardly doubt that could be all from CS growth alone. (That’s the underside tube of your dick, for all of those that confuse it with the CC, the sides of your dick.)

Anyway, I will check that thread you posted, Mick.

But if anyone knows a good routine for that or has achieved results, please chime in!

I have done 20 minute sets and even gone over that occasionally. Although I have been clamping for probably a year or more. But you will notice that sometimes an extra few minutes can give you a little bit more expansion.

Extra sets DEFINITELY do that. But I have a life and this shit just eats up so much time.

Hell yea. I am not a fan of long ass PE. I’m going to up my set time starting tomorrow and see what results I get.

Remember if low set times is working for some of you guys or your still new to it, there is no point going over the top, you’d be begging for injury.

I think some people probably mistake height (as opposed to width) of the CC’s as CS growth.

I’ve really never seen a CS that was that big, but I have seen some very “tall” CC’s.

My CS isn’t bad, and my cock is pretty round-shaped at the moment, which is more from the CC than the CS. Overall I don’t think my shape has changed much though… just bigger all around.

So yes, I have gained CC size, lol.

The exercise I posted above is all about the CC’s, as it’s for width.

I don’t want to jinx it, but I have a very good feeling about them. I’m going to go super intense, and I know I can get some width with them.

Hey mick sounds good, I think in your case you just need to watch how your body reacts to it, and adjust to that, if you get negative pi, go 1 step back etc.

But you’ve been here since 2003 so you should know haha, but for others reading, tread carefully.

I’m really at a cross roads with continuing to clamp. I dont know if it’s my wrapping technique, the kind of theraband wrap that I am using, or if it is PE in general and not clamping, but my penis is beginning to rotate more and more to the left. What I mean by this is that if you were to be facing the head, picture it slightly rotating clockwise. I am gaining girth from clamping but I don’t want a side ways dick! lol. If anyone can help me out with what to do or what could be causing this PLEASE let me know. I have a funny feeling it is clamping thats causing this because when I am in the clamp, the rotation at its most pronounced.
