After years of PE (I’ve been at it on and off since 1999) last year I finally got the nerve to do some clamping, and after 5 months of slowing building up the time and intensity I stopped - not because I wanted to, but because I was running into some uncomfortable and annoying issues that I have seen little reference to in the 66 pages of this thread (yes, I’ve read them all).
I began my clamping journey with all the warnings this threads and other provide: “clamping is dangerous, newbies beware!” But I’ve been doing one form of PE or another for the past 10 years, I’ve done the newbie routine before and didn’t particularly care for it, so this time around I started with clamping, but really slow and mild and very controlled, building up to the recommended 10mins x 3 sets. I started with 3 mins x 3 sets and very quickly saw my EQ skyrocket, I loved the exercise, enjoyed the edging that I would do during and in between sets, but I ran into a problem. All of the posts on clamping seemed to suggest that I could just clamp and leave it alone and that if I was clamped tight enough, my penis would just keep a good engorgement even if I lost my erection. My experience was that this simply wasn’t the case.
Over the course of next 3 months I struggled to get a good engorgement for each session, experimenting with many different wraps and levels of clamp tightness, but more often than not I would be fighting a battle to keep my engorgement, one that if I left alone would go flaccid and fall loose within the clamp, the engorgement dropping to below normal erection level, no matter how tight my clamping or what material or tightness of my wrap. This was frustrating, but with constant stimulation (edging) I was able to get an adequate engorgement of ~0.25” that was showing results, slow but steady results - my girth went from 4.5” to 4.75” in my 5 months of clamping, and has stayed there, cemented, in the past four months since I stopped PE.
After the first 3 months of experimenting with different wraps and adjusting clamp tightness, I was finally able to find a clamping technique that seem to “lock in” my engorgement. It was pretty simple - just get hard, clamp as close to the base as possible, and while clamped off, push the clamp further down towards the base and kegel, and then release the push down, letting the clamp slide back up a bit - repeating this a few times mixed in with some mild stimulation would keep my erection super hard and well engorged - 0.25” to 0.375” (I would measure multiple times every session to see how much engorgement I was achieving with each set). What was awesome about this was how the push down and kegel seemed to engorge my base so much that the clamp wouldn’t slide back up much when I released the kegel, so it was stay nice and tight really low on the base. I was still making steady gains, but I started having some side effects that were disconcerting, and ultimately what made me give up clamping for the time being.
After finally finding a clamping technique that was very consistent in it’s engorgement effect, I started noticing a strong discomfort emanating from my left testicle. It was subtle at first, but built up over time, increasing to a sharp ache, sometimes dull ache, feeling very uncomfortable and distracting, making me worry about my clamping activities and possible permanent consequences. I was able to push through that, thinking it might be unrelated, or that it would go away on it’s own, but after developing a small hard bump on my shaft the size of a pin head, I decided to take a break, and a couple weeks later, the testicle ache was gone and the hard tiny bump was not to be found. Returning to the clamping that I love (It’s such an amazing feeling, and seeing it so big and engorged is so encouraging and invigorating!) I unfortunately found the testicle pain to almost instantly return as did the hard bump. This was after 4 months of slowly building up from 3 mins x 3 to 8 mins x 3 at medium intensity - I never really pushed too hard or fast, I never saw my dick turn blue or any crap like that. And from what I’ve read here, 0.25” expansion is not that extreme - so to have this pain, that based on several breaks and restarts, was very directly related to my clamping, made me even more frustrated. Walking around everyday feeling like I’ve been kicked in the balls just wasn’t worth the potential returns of increased girth, as much as I wanted the gains, and as much as I enjoyed the experience of clamping. So I stopped after 5 months and 0.25” increase.
So here I am, 4 months later missing it - missing the feeling of solid engorgement, missing the amazing EQ I had while clamping, but most importantly missing the knowledge that I was doing what many believe to be impossible and making my cock bigger and thicker, a cock I could be really proud of - knowing I made it happen, not genetics, not some twist of fate, but a beautiful cock crafted by my own hard efforts. So please, if anyone has any advice on what I should be doing to get a good engorgement without a high-pressure erection, or what I should do to avoid this odd testicle pain (anyone else experienced this?) or how to avoid these hard bumps (I was using EVO the whole time, and plenty of massage and resting and only 3-4 sessions a week) I would greatly appreciate it. Again, I have read all 66 pages of this thread, and pretty much all the threads I could find on clamping, so something new and insightful would be of the most help.
Thanks much,
Dcking.
