Possibly… I’m not sure if I’m getting too discouraged or if it’ll actually work. It’s hard to measure width properly (since the widest part is in the middle and not on the top), so I’m not sure if the width I gain goes away completely so fast, or whether a little bit of it remains.

Anyway, I’ll keep incorporating these at least a little bit, and mix in a few other things I’m trying.

I have read…and think even seen a picture…on how the second clamp can be placed just under the glans. Of course, the first should be placed at the base, as far down as possible, with the screw down. But I have also seen the alternative where the second clamp is placed exactly beside the first clamp but with the screw to one side. This can possible clamp off the blood more efficient and higher the pressure in the penis.

I always use 2 clamps and on top of that I squeeze to get even more pressure and expansion. Both clamps are close to the base.

How much should break between sets last, 5 or 10 minutes?

It’s funny I wonder how many times every possible question has been answered in this thread, and simply no one can be bothred reading through 64 pages of it anyway. Infact probably what I am saying has already been said. And that, and that, and that….

I never really gave much of a break, no more than 5 minutes, time in which I used to do some relatively gentle jelqing to promote nice fresh blood flow. I can’t think of a reason why you’d need to break longer, but I am by no means a clamping expert.

Is that the one where you ring around your base once.then again.then again, up the shaft? I read that on MOS. I’m terrified to do it, but I’m getting desperate. Please keep us posted on how it goes. I’m considering trying this to gain some girth.

I have noticed a few problems during the past week of clamping.
After my first 10 min set my dick is quite sore when I begin my second and third set. It seem to hurt a bit when I try to get 100% hard but because it’s a bit sore I struggle to get that 100%. At first I thought it was because I was clamping to tight but if I don’t clamp at that tightness I don’t get a good expansion and I seem to go flaccid quickly. Perhaps I’m still getting used to the pressure.

Has anyone experienced this?

Sorry… I haven’t actually done much with these. I tried them a little and it wasn’t really doing much so I gave up… I’ll give it another try later though.

No reason to be terrified of it… you control the intensity… so just don’t go too intense.

How hard have you tried clamping? I’m a very hard girth gainer, but have gained from clamping by going super intense.

Here’s a question for experienced clampers. What’s better, 4x9 minutes or 3x12 minutes?

Also, let’s say I do clamping 3x10 minutes per session, 3 sessions per week. If my EQ is excellent, is it safe to say that I’m ready to move on to 4 sessions per week, maybe even 5?

Like many other variable, I’d say it just depends on you and how your cock feels. If you can handle 12 minutes, I’d say go with that… and why not add a fourth set.

For the second question, I don’t see why not.

I push my cock limits pretty far and it’s worked so far. I think if you push things for enough you force growth. If you’re really sore or feel you need a break for whatever reason though, then take a break.

I would just say that I think you have started out very well and should increase very slowly from this point.

I am having some issues with my EQ right now, and while I`m not totally convinced that it is the clamping on it`s own, I may have become tempted to increase the intensity and frequency too fast.

Thanks for answers. :) Well, since I won’t have sex in next ~10 days, I’ll try clamping 2 days in a row and see how it affects my EQ. If it stays the same, good. If it gets better, great. If it gets worse, I’ll reduce clamping back to 3 times a week and there will be plenty of time to recover before having sex again. :)

Even if you have temporary EQ problems, it doesn’t mean it won’t get better when you take a break. I’d personally keep going, but I seem to have a resilient cock, lol.
