Clamping - how long?

Guys,

been PE-ing for approx 3 years. Im well conditioned.
First manual then hanging then pumping. Made some decent gains in length.
Im now trying to get some girth going. Started clamping in the mornings and im doing 3 sets of 10 minutes.
I only get about 1/4” difference in girth even after 3 sets.

Questions:
1. Is that normal, I feel like some guys get way more expansion.
2. Should I increase the amount of sets?
3. How long should it normally take overall to see a permanent 1/2” girth increase?

Any other info helpful too.

PS I also pump in the afternoons once in a while, is this detrimental?

That’s normal. Use constant heat while pumping. I wouldn’t increase the amount of sets. A half inch increase could take a year or two.

If you get more than 1/4” it will just be fluid.
You are doing enough now.
A permanent 1/2” girth increase? No one can tell you that unfortunately. For some guys it may take a year +, for others it may take several years. Some very lucky guys may get it fairly quickly, but they are the exception.

Pumping in the afternoons as well may be okay at very low vacuum levels, but as clamping is very stressful on the penis, especially the blood vessels, I would advise against higher vacuum level pumping after clamping. I picked up a nasty bleed doing that about 3 years ago. Also, you need to give tissue time to remodel. If you are constsntly stressing it, it’s like constantly picking the scab off a wound; you stop the tissues doing what they need to do.

I don’t really think there is a “normal” time to gain 1/2” girth. It all depends on how much work you put in and how much your body responds to it so even if you put in the same amount of time as someone else they could still gain more than you. I say just be happy with any increase you get no matter how long it takes!

As did I, not much but still some. Gained a lot more length when I did bundled stretches but length wasn’t my goal so I stopped.
