Clamping - how long?
been PE-ing for approx 3 years. Im well conditioned.
First manual then hanging then pumping. Made some decent gains in length.
Im now trying to get some girth going. Started clamping in the mornings and im doing 3 sets of 10 minutes.
I only get about 1/4” difference in girth even after 3 sets.
1. Is that normal, I feel like some guys get way more expansion.
2. Should I increase the amount of sets?
3. How long should it normally take overall to see a permanent 1/2” girth increase?
Any other info helpful too.
PS I also pump in the afternoons once in a while, is this detrimental?
