I seriously would like some more girth on my unit.. That’s the most important right now.. And of course better erection quality.. So I’m jelqing 100-200 times a day and doing lots of kegels ED 1000-2000.. Would this be enough? No one can tell for sure I know.. Would you add anything? Well I stretch 10 times a day for 30sex each stretch to..

I would like to do some clamping, seems like it’s THE shit.. People say then you want gain anymore lenght.? Why? That doesn’t make sense*?

The best way to learn is to do a site search under “clamping.” There are numerous really informative threads that will answer all of your questions. Clamping 101 is a good place to start.

The kegels are good for erection quality, but if you are doing 1000 - 2000 per day I think you must be doing very gentle kegels. Do fewer and think about the quality and duration of each one, would be my advice. I agree with doggman; use the search on clamping.

Also, don’t forget, the BC is a muscle and if you tire it out, your erections won’t be as hard. Like any other muscle, you can over work it.

I think 150 - 200 ‘fairly hard but certainly not full power’ jelqs is a good general number, but numbers are not important. How your unit feels is the important thing. Try to learn to feel when you have done enough, because your erection quality and grip strength will change session to session. When your dick says it’s had enough, then you have finished.

Kegels and jelqing will certainly keep your dick healthy; whether it would be as good as it could be without the drugs only you can tell. Because they have the benefits of helping control orgasm and potentially giving you a bigger unit, you are going to do them whether they give you a rock hard unit or just improve it.

However, the best route to a (natural) rock hard penis is aerobic exercise. Really it is. :)

Clamping does nothing to stop length growth. Some believe it is harder to gain length if you gain more girth because their is more tunica to stretch. To a very small degree this may be correct, but for size (cu. in.), girth is far more important than length. I think it is best to work on both together.

Much martial art training is anaerobic rather than aerobic, unless you are doing fast forms back to back. But naturally I would rather see guys doing martial arts than anything else, as everyone on this forum who knows me will understand! All exercise is good for the hardness of your wood, but running seems to have more benefits than anything else.

I just use plenty of ace bandage as a wrap, then use a hose-clamp. It’s what I’ve always used (can’t get those cable clamps in UK) and it works better than anything else I have tried. It takes slightly longer to get off than other types of clamp, but they are silent, cheap, totally adjustable and very effective. I always forget to pack my clamp if I go on holiday, so I just go to the nearest hardware/car accessory shop and buy another!

Yes, just wrap the area where you apply the clamp. If you are going to use a hose-clamp, the size will depend not only on your girth, but on how much wrap you use. I actually like quite a bit of wrap; it spreads the load from the clamp.

Wrap your penis with the amount of wrap you want to use then measure the girth around the wrap. Choose a hose clamp with a slightly larger maximum diameter. They are very cheap anyway, so get a couple of sizes if you are not sure.

If you are not sure what a hose clamp looks like, Google it. They are known as Jubilee Clips in the UK. Plumbingworld(dot)com have a typical picture. Ordering online is pointless when they are so freely available; the postage would cost more than the clip.
