Combined Jelq and Clamp...risky?

Jelqing for 30 minutes…adding in a 5 minute clamp in between them. Is this risky? I’m trying to find ways to incorporate both exercises within the same session. Not having any luck at all. Help would be appreciated. Thanks, dudes and dudettes.” ;)

I’m unsure on how much pressure is needed to clamp. Is this an important factor during clamping? Can you do this to hard and injure yourself?

Jelq set one - 10 minutes.

I often used to do that. As long as you are conditioned, it’s OK. If you are not conditioned, clamping is a no-no anyway.

I’d do the warm wrap before starting, not after finishing, but chuck in a few gentle jelqs then firegoat rolls after your 2nd clamping set to avoid any disclouration. Warming up is much more important than warming down, for making the tough collagen structures of your penis more ‘malleable’ and avoiding injury.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Also, jelqing in the clamp or by using the clamp to jelq with is good girthwork for the advanced PEers.

I pretty much walk away from all PE sessions with a clamped dick. I just wear it until it becomes uncomfortable, then pop it off and slip on a lead weight.

Jelqing within the clamp? I don’t use a clamp, because I never found one. I just hold at the base with my hand.

Manual clamping with slow quality dry jelqs between sets is actually a part of my current routine. Girth is up to 5.75”, from 5.5” last month (amazing, I know). I’m incorporating Orange Bends (incredible exercise IMO), dry jelqs, erect jelqs(very controlled) and flaccid clamping throughout the day (I may make a thread on this eventually).

I think I owe much of my sudden growth to the Orange bends (40-80% erect) I have re-introduced!

The important thing when doing such intense exercises is having awareness of your units limits. I am talking about second-to-second mental checks that the internal pressure is safe. With all exercises, think quality, not quantity.

:) With any new exercise, PE or anything else. I always take it slow, and do only about 7-10 reps. Until I get the hang of it.
