What should I do first?

What’s the point of stretching if you’re already hanging?

It’s very simple, when you working on the tunica, some dld blasters and other advanced stretches are a very good addition to tunica hanging.
My concern is, that when I do stretching first you may have some blood in your glans. When hanging then, it might be not good for penis. On the other hand, when you are stretching first, you may get fatigue faster than without stretches or you need less weight to feel fatigue.
So my question makes a lot of sense.

Maybe you should ask at the hanger’s forum. I can’t help you, never hanged, and probably never will. It just seems to dangerous.
