Comments on my Penimaster routine please
Hi,
I would appreciate if anyone post comments on my routine, in particular I wanna know if it’s enough to see gains.
So this is my routine:
Morning:
45 min / 60 min with penimaster at the maximum traction
15 min rest
45 min / 60 min with penimaster at the maximum traction
Afternoon:
After lounch 10 min of 2 sec jelq semi-wet
What do you think? This is the maximum I can do for privacy and time problems. Could I expect gains?
