I see people measuring from the top, from the side, from the bottom, from their neck… which is the correct way to do it? I’m getting really frustrated because there is a .5” difference between when I measure from the side (like I normally do) than when I measure from the top.

I think I will too measure from the top then. Which puts me at 8.2”.

The correct way is the “hands free” way from the top. For 50 cents you can get one of those translucent 12inch rulers from WalMart or Kmart. With a light rubber band wrap one end at the base of your penis, now with the ruler in place you can look down at where your penis ends through the translucent plastic. The ruler just needs to be kept in place with minimal pressure (rubber band or some light wrap) and in a position that is hands free. Too many people squeeze the ruler up their abdoman with hand or finger pressure.
