Deflated CS And Glans Means Overworking?

I used to cycle my pumps from 5hg to 1 hg for an hour and would normally have great expansion. I noticed after a week my EQ and libido didnt normalize for five days after. I could get hard easily still, but my CS and glans would be deflated. After the five days everything expanded as normal.

Does this mean that what I was doing was causing too much fatigue? My glans had grew from the pumping but whenever I had too much expansion in the CS and glans, they would be weaker and deflated for some time. Assuming it was from over expanding.

Edit: I notice deflation of the glans and CS is more noticeable when I pump to 5hg. The CS and Glans are hit the hardest and expand the most when I pump at a higher vacuum.

That does sound like overtraining and the edge of a potential major injury. Was that a continuous hour of pumping or an hour of 10-15min interval pumping. I believe the best way of extended pumping is low pressure in the 2-4hg range of 10-15min intervals to reduce a potential injury and edema.

I find this to be very true. How could you hang without getting the turtling?

Yup, fatigued tissues. I believe that is the same as “hard flaccid”? or at least very similar.

I wasn’t turtled. My erections and flaccid were the same size. The only difference is that my CS and glans would be deflated.

I didnt have hard flaccid. My erections and flaccid were normal. The only difference is my glans wouldn’t fill up completely.

I cycled up to 5hg for 5 min and back down to 1hg for 30 seconds for an hour. The first few days I had amazing results, and I still do. I just notice I need to rest more because 5hg seems to over expand me. I actually gained 1/8” in glans girth and 1/16” mid shaft girth doing this. It’s just that my glans and CS wouldn’t expand unless I was really hard.

When I get over expanded, it takes a good while for my cs and glans to go back to normal. I pumped 5 days straight and needed 5 days off to fully recover. During the 5 days of pumping back to back I would still get frequent erections and morning wood.

It’s a type of “damage”.

When you are overtraining like this sometimes the “local nerves” in you penis loses the sensibility: It can happen in nerves that control the blood pressure or in your urethra (loose capability to control piss).
You need to understand that the brain sends a message to your penis’s nerves and it creates the expansion with pressure and in this case your local nerves loose the sensibility and “don’t know” how to create the necessary pressure.
You can get erect because there is a blood flow (vases) but the nerves (signals) control your expansion, if you pump to much like you are doing without a proper routine this can happen.

This is a very short version to explain what is happing to you.

It’s normal to be able to pump for a week like you did and get expansion, you are just testing your limits in this case.
You should rest more than 5 days in this case in my opinion.

It seems that I need as much rest as I pumped for. I had my best gains pumping this style 3on/2off. I have tried lower vacuum in the past and had no results. 5hg gave me growth but also calls for more rest than lower ranges.

You could do 30~40 min/day so you can pump everyday and get the cumulative gains.
“Forcing” 1hour every day It’s a more advanced way.

That sounds like a good plan. I notice I gained some more size after only doing the cycling for about 10 minutes the other day. I thought about doing the vacuum pumping 101 style of progression.

It seems like after the rest days, I’m bigger than before. My upper shaft and glans grew by 1/8” after the rest days. I did a random 10 minute session one of the days and fast forward 2 days later, I’m larger. Maybe more extreme methods and good rest days help girth. More consecutive work probably hits length a little more.
