Deflated CS (corpus spongiosum)

So trying another run at girth. I have been stuck between around 6 inch + MSEG for a while now and the last few weeks I have been going at it again and I think I am now at 6.1 - 6.2 inch again. My problem seems to be at this point that when I hit it hard My CS seems to get deflated. Hanging seems to help making my CS harder and more full again.. however as most months out of the year I am travelling for work I can’t pump or hang at the moment.
So the issue is if I Clamp and do bends quite a bit my CS gets deflated. My Penis seems to get wider but way more flat. I know if I stop my work outs for a bit and give it a week rest my CS becomes very hard and full again but my Penis also becomes more Oval and less wide. Either way it seems to stop me from Gaining. If I can keep the width of my penis and the ovalness of my CS I would probably gain another 0.2 inch in Girth and would put me very close to my final goal (6.5 MSEG).
As mentioned Hanging seems to help for this (straight down) but unfortunately I can not do this currently. Is there any other workout you can recommend? My erections are btw very hard and I get good morning wood so I really not rather rest as I will lose my width gains.Cialis/tadalafil seems to also work to increase the size of my CS again I should mention but I really have no need to be on that currently and so I rather not.

Edit: I should add my current work out: 3 times a day I clamp and do O”bends as soon as I am out of the clamp the whole work out takes about 15 minutes at best. Besides that I do a lot of stretches during the day. Perhaps I should lay of the stretches to see if that helps?
