Design The Ultimate Fast Gains Routine

Hi everybody. Now Nevod you mentioned these “heat accumulator” gel packs for a heat method . Do you have a link to where I can observe what they look like? Thank you.

I’m curious to hear from fast girth gainers:

What are your experiences with girth gains?
What are the most important details to remember?
Things to avoid?
What is the fastest rate that your girth has grown per month?

I never really paid attention to much to girth gains in terms of how much per month. Most of my gains came in the newbie phase. I did a lot of uli’s and jelq squeezes when ballooning. But for newbs you should wait a few months before you get into squeezes and Uli’s. I also did a different type of grip than the OK grip. I did what Jon Pop over at Bettermans calls a “V” grip jelq. OK grips were straining my thumbs so I alternated between OK grips and “V” grips. Which is the same as a “you” grip.

Things to avoid when doing girth work, Over doing it. Girth work I think should only be done two days per week. It seems that it takes longer for your EQ to get back up to 100% from girth work.

Also keep in mind some guys grow in both girth and length during the newbie phase.

The photo is not mine. They are called “Nexcare hotcold comfort”. Probably they are called differently in different places.

Just one question, were there signs that you needed a deconditioning period? E.g. Slower gains or no gains

Honestly, my dong was sore, and I got tired of pulling on it. Gains may or may not have slowed down: I don’t have the data in a spreadsheet, alas.

6 days (mini decon) break and it has all healed so I will restart PEtonight. I noticed a slight loss of gains when I measured yesterday so I am impatient to restart.

UPDATE. Unless absolutely necessary, mini breaks should be avoided in my opinion, I discovered that 7 days break = 2 weeks NO GAINS!

No gains during your break, slight loss of gains and 1 week to get back to where you were.

What to do during an illness to avoid gains loss or slow down.

I was getting fast gains up until the end of September, however as I’ve mentioned in other threads, I took one week off to allow a glans injury to heal and wait for a cold to cure, I had no desire to do PE during that time. BIG MISTAKE!

3 weeks later and I have only just returned to the length I was before I stopped.

This loss of gains and slow rate of regaining was very frustrating so it made me analyse the mistakes that I made:

1. Allowing my glans to dry out which caused flaky skin which broke in places.
2. Stopping PE for six days
3. Not exercising for 3 weeks because I didn’t want my cold to become bronchitis which has happened several times before when I exercised too soon after my cold was gone. I noticed during my previous PE phases that exercise has a big effect on gaining speed.

Next time I get injured or ill, this is what I’ll do:

1. If my glans get injured again, I’ll change my ADS attachment method, stick to manual stretches or whatever is possible to continue PE without making things worse. Of course, I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll try to keep my glans moisturized.
2. I might stop during 1-2 days when I’m suffering from the illness but no more! There is no reason why I can’t attach my ADS device while in bed.
3. This is unavoidable if you want to return to 100% form as quickly as possible.
Exercise encourages the body to heal, release Human growth hormone, helps you sleep better, improves the distribution of nutrients by better circulation etc. etc. It is a VERY important ingredient for fast gains.

Alternating girth and length work every month instead of breaks

It seems to be working for me!

So far since I started PE in August I have gained quite a lot of length but little girth.
This month, I stopped doing a combined manual stretch/jelquing workout and focused on Jelquing with low load stretching from ADS. Length gains have slowed but I have a noticable increase in girth after only 2 weeks.

Since I want to gain around 2" in length and 1" in girth, I am going to try alternating 2 months Manual stretching + ADS followed by 1 month girth work (jelquing + ADS).

I have thought about that as well, even before reading that link.

By the way, have you read about New City Jelq? It’s the lengthening way of jelquing, I guess if you want length first, you may want to alternate between stretching and NCJ, instead of stretching/regular jelq, because it would strike on length, not girth.

Is it also effective for Filipinos/Asians like me?

Any specific routine for Filipinos/Asians like me?

Tried the newbie routine?

This is a great thread!!

It is a great resource and I think it makes a great primer for those researching Thunders.

Kudos to you dongalong!

I would say that the goal of 1” in 6 months is extremely fast gaining. For a newbie this might be realistic, and still would be very fast.

For post newbie gains I would double the time, and say that 1” in a year is extremely fast, but possibly sustainable.

Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

Goal: Double digits

Thanks for all of these great suggestions.

Thanks chronostone!

If any of you find a fast gainer’s thread please add it to this thread, Thunder’s place is so huge, I’m sure that there are many I have missed.

You’re probably right, my gains have really slowed down during the last few months, experiments that don’t work, injuries and short rest periods aren’t good for fast gains.
