Desperately want flaccid length...

I would suggest keeping to the newbie routine. Many gain flacid length before erect length.

And relaxing about will definitely help. I first read thunders place when I was mid 20s but gave up really quickly. 10 years later I stumbled on the site by chance and tried again and have had real success. The difference? Expecting nothing and not worrying about it - e.g. Beating yourself up for missing a day or two. The younger me was much easier defeated - for instance little privacy to prepare a heat pack meant no training. Now with a family of my own I have less privacy so you know what I do - skip the things that I can’t do. Do what you can, when you can and the rest will fall into place.

Like I said, I am.ok.with my erect lengthlength, its just annoying how my flaccid is only at its full potential once in a great while.

And do fowfers really work? It seems a lot safer than hanging or pulling

Light jelqs don’t help. I would never pump or attach something to my dick. And I can afford for my erection angle to decrease. Its too high right now. Fowfers seem legit and not dangerous. I started PE 2 years ago and gave everything up in a few months BC my penis was EXACTLY the same, if not a little smaller due to always touching it. The increased blood flow through kegels or ballooning doesnt really work unless I’m a tiny bit aroused

Obviously you are one of the guys who shouldnt PE. This is not meant offensive. To have any gains you need to reach a certain intensity and if you are anxious about it it creates more problems then helps.

Fowfers are considered low intensity. But if you do them in sitting on your dick(which is a fowfer) you have to take care to not do it for too long.
It also can give temporary fluid buildup.

My advice for you would be…
To warm your dick up and do very light stretches BTC . Easing into a stretch.
The slower and easier it is done the less it turtles up and might hang fatter.
The stretch can be done over your balls and/or left and right.
Just start with a 20 second stretch and increase time and itnensity slowly over days/weeks.

After you done the stretch you can do a fowfer or a so called mangina(lol)

You will have to do it daily with low intensity.
It will over time stretch you dick and espacially the ligs which are probably very tight when you have such an angle.

I would revisit the idea of pumping. It’s quite safe and effective.

Pumping can absolutely help. I wouldn’t count out dickerschwanz advice about relaxing the pelvic floor. If I find my flaccid is smaller than usual and realize I’m clenching and then relax, within minutes it literally doubles in size. The issue may not be an actual size issue, it could be a tension issue.

Out of curiosity, how stressed are you about this? Do you suck your stomach in all the time? Do you lock your knees and feel like you are holding a kegel constantly? Do you slouch when you sit?

I ask this because i was doing all of those things and when I trained myself not to my flaccid improved greatly. My gains from PE period exploded. Just a thought.

What is fluid build up? And when should I start seeing improvements.

Why does anyone place so much importance on flaccid length? Who cares? Unless you’re an underwear model or something, what’s the issue? I just don’t get it……..

I also don’t like the wrinkles i have from the excess skin and hope to fill those in. I’m going to start doing night fowfers and see what happends. If anyone has any suggestions I really need them.

The only thing that gave me flaccid length was hanging. Happened quickly and early into hanging. I found the vachanger at low weight was the sweet spot for me. Never really chased flaccid length but got it with hanging. I suspect any hanger would work. My flacid penis is huge now. To be honest I would prefer an average flaccid length and surprise the when I am hard but I will take it.
