Do length gains hinder future girth gains?

We all know the saying go for length first because gaining girth first can make it harder to gain length but what about the opposite? Can length gains possibly make it harder to gain girth?


Started BPFSL: 7.2"; BPEL: 7.25"; MSEG: 5.13"; BEG: 5"

Current BPFSL: 8.625"; BPEL: 8.0"; HEG: 5.375"; MSEG: 5.25"; BEG: 5"

Initial Goal : 9 x 6

I gained length and girth at the same time. Do your routine and be thankful for whatever it yields.

There isn’t any real evidence that one hinders the other.

No it doesnt. Refer to the old TGC theory.

As long as your BPFSL > BPEL, target length. Once your BPFSL = BPEL, length gains will severely slow down or stop completely depending on the conditioning of the septum and girth gains become very easy to achieve.


Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

Think about it though, imagine you have two cylindrical balloons of the same circumference but different lengths. If you were to apply the same amount of squeeze to both of them the shorter one would expand more.

Interesting. Are you saying that girth gains become easier and more efficient once we max out on length gains and the girth gains, one we max length, come easier than girth gains at other earlier stages of our PE Journey (aside from Newbie gains)???

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I’ve heard its better to gain length before girth, but I believe everyone is different.

I’m gaining both ways and am cool with that haha.
