Does Sex/Masturbation Hinder Gains

I have been thinking alot about this topic and came to the conclusion that if I go over a week without orgasm I seem to get less size and plumpnes out of the penis. And I find that the jelquing is not as efficient and my penis doesnt hold as much blood if I either go over a week without orgasm as well as when I do too many. I find it odd that my finding personally matches the science.

So I ask you all, do you find as I do that if you dont orgasm at least once a week, it isnt as good for PE.

Yes, I do but I would increase that to at least three times per week. If you don’t use it you lose it.

I want to put my few cents…I have been PEing for two years now. I must say that I have NOT seen any correlation between sex/orgasm/testosterone levels and gains!

Just after the orgasm my dick seems to be a bit shorter like it is pulled into the body. But this lasts for hour or so-than gets back no normal.

Also-as I am still young(27) I have a lot of sex/masturbation. Last month I had even three weeks were I was masturbating each day(practicing long duration…fighting with quick ejaculation) and have NOT seen any negative effects.

As to testosterone…I do not know why some guys put so much hope into it-I can not see any reason why ‘T’ should help in gaining. Back few years ago I was taking high levels of testosterone in order t build my muscles. The only way ‘T’ is affecting ‘men issues’ is that it increases libido. I could have sex 2-3 times a day, every day. But that is ALL. My dick was not even harder than normal not to hope for any gains…From my experience I can tell that ‘T’ affects only libido-nothing else.

You don’t want science even though you asked for the links. Maybe you don’t like the science.

What you seem to be doing is trying to cram a half-baked, unregulated experiment of self-imposed daily ejaculation (actually sometimes more often than that in Marco’s case) and by one, single person into your theory that Marco’s testosterone level plummeted. How the heck are you going to use his testosterone levels (which don’t exist) as proof that your thinking is correct? You do have to allow a little science in here to even discuss this.

Read what pazuzu said above. What he wrote is extremely sensible and does not involve any science.

I asked for the links, because he said he can prove that. And he couldn’t.

Yeh, what the topic says.. Does it?

I don’t mean masturbating like to orgasm all the time, but consider this:

Sometimes, just making an erection and do a couple of strokes,,.. then no more.
Just keeping erect more time fo the day.

DOes the penis grow best when left flaccid as long as possible during rest days?
Or should it be erected once in a while as well?

There aren’t enough double-blind tests on PE to clearly answer that question…

I think there is merit to the idea to keep it plump/puffed/semi if you have worked out to the point of actually stretching/microtearing something a little. But erections only - well, there’s the idea of priapism & chemical PE (search), but that means more than just a bit erect.

It’s hard to answer your question, but I understand your logic - more erctions mean more fresh blood so the broken cells might regenerate faster.

If it’s a problem. In my view, it isn’t.

Still, learn to use the Search feature. It will help you locate other topics that will be of interest to you in the future.

There will always be vets willing to comment to newcomers on whatever subject. That is one of the fine features of this site.

Masturbation increasing decreasing testosterone

I have read that alot of guys here keep asking if beating off affects your testosterone levels. It does. I just read on the web that there was a study done that said if a guy goes 3 weeks without masturbating and then blows his load it results in a higher level of testosterone in the body as opposed to spanking it everyday. So I am going to do an experiment. I used to masturbate almost everyday, pretty much after I finished my PE, and I haven’t really gained anything. So I am going to go 3 weeks while PEing, choke my dick like it owes me money, and then go another 3 weeks with PE and no masturbation, and so on. I will let you know the results. I would also like other guys to do the same so that we can have more than one result to judge by. Also, I want some guys to masturbate everyday and PE so we can have a control group.

It seems like you don’t really need to do the first part, since you say you’ve tried it already. (choking for 3 weeks part). As you’ve said:
