Some background first:
I just got back into PE after a 4 month break and I’m ready to be committed and continue my gains. I began three days ago with a new routine in a new order and organization and I’m going to test it for a month to see what gains it yields. I’m doing a 6on 1off routine where day 1 is only stretching, day 2 is only girth stuff, day 3 is stretching, etc… day 7 is a rest day. So I alternate length and girth. I decided to do this specifically so I wouldn’t have to spend over an hour and a half in the bathroom each night. I spend around 40 minutes a day now which IMO is a good amount of time so that I’m not consumed by my PE exercises.
I’m 21 years old which means sex crosses my mind more often than food, sleep, and breathing combined. I think I’m probably even more sex addicted than the average 21 year old as a I often find my self starring at girls regardless of if they notice me or not and for extended periods of time - LOL :p .
My point is this. I’ve read from Westla (long time PEer) and others that masturbation/ejaculation after a PE session will have no negative effect on gains. People say ejaculation after a PE session won’t hinder gains, yet I hear an equal number of people say the opposite; that PEing and ejaculating after will slow gains.
Tonight I did my girth routine and it went amazingly. My normal stats are base girth- 5 1/8”, Circ scar girth- 4 3/4, an inch below cir scar- 4 11/16. After I finished my routine tonight I had IMO amazing pumpage. I measured my girth and my base was at 5 1/2, my circ scar was at 5 3/8 (that’s 5/8 inch increase) and the inch below circ scar was 5 1/8. This inflation of measurements post work out is better than I ever experienced in my past PE’ing so that’s a good sign (and I’m only doing manual exercises)! That makes me feel confident that new gains are on the way.
The only problem is this: By the time I’m done with my girth exercises which all together with breaks and transitions take a total of around 35 minutes, I’m on the edge of cumming. I’m usually on the edge of cumming for the last 5 minutes and it’s hard to wait till the end. So tonight I came after I finished the exercises and I’m wondering if this will hurt my gains.
An important thing to know is this. After I cum for some reason or another I never really “shrink up” or “shrivel away”. I usually hang plump and nicely after I cum after a PE session. So I had my measurements of 5 1/2, 5 3/8, and 5 1/8 and I was feeling good. I came and then went in the shower and it was hanging really nicely (better than ever probably). I just loved the way it looked. I then, after a 10 minute shower, measured my flaccid girth and the 5 3/8 circ scar girth was around 5 1/8 (this was while flaccid and it’s 3/8 an inch bigger than normal while hard) and the other measurements had gone down proportionally.
What are your guy’s experiences with girth directly after PEing and 10 minutes after, so forth. How fast do your measurements return to normal? I’ll usually hang nicely for the rest of the day and maybe nicely the next morning too but measurement wise is it normal to be less fat 10 min after you stop? And I wanna know if maybe wacking it is a bad idea for me. I guess the way I see it and (please tell me if you agree with me or not) it makes sense to me to think of it like this is that if when you are finished pe’ing and your girth is enlarge and then you wack it and after words it shrivels up to normal flaccid size maybe you should avoid wacking it after a PE session. But on the flip side, if after you PE your girth is big and then you cum and it stays fat and hangs nice then it’s ok to PE?
Lastly, I just want to throw in that since I’m 21 it’s really hard to not cum when I could cum within 3 seconds of touching myself. So when I’m done PEing and I’m on the edge of cumming it’s not really something comfortable to just put on my pants and go on with my day (it’ll haunt me :p ).
