"Eating the sandwich" girth work
I’ve been jelqing for quite a while, and changing up how I exercise my unit for gains. I’ve pretty much given up on length. But, recently, I’ve gone back to focusing on the cc’s exclusively.
Someone on this forum, once explained the technique as jelqing the shaft, (cc’s), with ones fingers positioned like you are eating a sandwich.
I got back into this recently, and I have noticed real gains. I’m not sure if it’s the exercise itself, or just timing and/or accumulation of the work I’ve been doing. But, I’m happy. :)
Has anyone else had a similar experience with this?
