"Eating the sandwich" girth work

I’ve been jelqing for quite a while, and changing up how I exercise my unit for gains. I’ve pretty much given up on length. But, recently, I’ve gone back to focusing on the cc’s exclusively.

Someone on this forum, once explained the technique as jelqing the shaft, (cc’s), with ones fingers positioned like you are eating a sandwich.

I got back into this recently, and I have noticed real gains. I’m not sure if it’s the exercise itself, or just timing and/or accumulation of the work I’ve been doing. But, I’m happy. :)

Has anyone else had a similar experience with this?

I think it puts the stress right where it should be, on the corpora cavernosa.

I tried using 2 fingers each side and squeezing them together on each side a few times. Didn’t really work out to well. My CC’s are way smaller than me CS so I’d like to try your technique. Explain it alittle more? And Cylope I assume v jelqing is creating the V between your thumb and other fingers?

I’m not too sure. I just know that when I “jelq” this way, I seem to get “expansion” in the proper place(s) on my unit, and I am able to actually see measurable gains. Standard jelqing, 80% erect jelqing and manual clamping seem to add more veins, but I’m not sure if that is where the gain(s) have come from.

To make sure; the “CC’s” are the “chambers” on the the right and left side of your junk? (if you are looking down on your unit and cut an imaginary line down the middle, top to pubic bone)

I do not understand step 2 at all:

“1- Pretend like your holding an invisible sandwich with both hands, getting ready to take a bite. Notice how your fingers and thumbs are facing each other, one forming a C and the other a reverse C.

2- Keep this position, but rotate your hands so your thumbs are now on top.”

I mean, if I am eating a sandwich, I see no way to rotate my hands so my thumbs are on top unless I break my wrists or become a contortionist. Any help?

If you had a Wonderbread sandwich and you were holding it with both hands, imagine you want to take a bite. Instead of taking a bite, put the sandwich (rotate) down on the counter, so you see your thumbnails. Pull your hands away, and jelq the cc’s only on each side of your unit with your thumbs on the topside of your dick, and your forefinger and middle-finger on the under-side. Does that help?

That helps. You know, I always jelqed the sides of my dick because there are fewer important veins there. I am always afraid of applying pressure on the top of my penis as that is where the primary dorsal vein runs. No one else is worried about this?

Also, doesn’t the CC get hit the same from the sides and the top? Just looking at a diagram of the CC does not give any reason to believe that the top is a better access point to expanding it than the sides…

My expansion after a solid 20 minutes of those is impressive to say the least!

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I’m going for girth too. I use a dry, high erection % jelqing method but I just move my hand around the bottom more so when I squeeze it squeezes in on the sides more. It really works the CCs out good. I can see how the sandwich technique would work.

V-jelqs just don’t do the same and the sandwich for me. I’m about to check out the measurement…… :)

I tried to do this grip today and i was not able to do it very well. I was able to use it to kind of target one CC chamber more then the other. My left CC chamber is a little under developed and after i tried to jalq only the left one for a bit, my dick hung more straight. Kind of cool, i think ill continue to do it for a while.
