Erect Length Gains, When And How

So right down too it been PEing about a year fell off this year on consistancy forsure and been using an ADS to stretch most days and stretching pretty constantly everytime i shower.

I noticed before when i was more on the PE boat that while my BPEL seems to grow, last night i measures and my BPEL seemed to be nearing 6.5 which is great but my EL seems to be more or less the same stuck at maybe slightly above 5”. Maybe 5.2 or .3.

When do BPEL length gains = Errect Length gains?

Anyone have any insight on this? I know its been asked a ton im sure

I don’t even understand the question. Do you mean when does BPEL gains equal Nbpel? They may never if you keep gaining weight.

I think you mean your NBPEL meaning not pushing into the fat pad. Basically you need to reduce your fat pad. My BPEL is 7 1/2 but my NBPEL is 6” so it sucks.

My mission right now is to get the fat pad down to at least half an inch.

Yeah, the fat pad can wreck your work.

Unless you gained weight while you PEd why wouldnt BPEL gains be the same as NBPEL gains?

Im asking this here more because i know the answers are spread out between a bunch of threads and answers was hoping for a more focused thread

My question is when do gains in BPEL equal gains on NBPEL?

There, for clarification on what i was asking.
So the deciding factor is weight gain? Like fat gain im sure you mean, otherwise what does anyone really know when, if your weight has stayed the same more or less, your BPEL gains will turn into NBPEL?

@johngalt987 i think most peoples experiences here have been similar to mine where they gain in BPEL but NBPEL has stayed the same more or less.

So it sounds like fat pad is obviously a deciding factor, i was wondering if anyone really has any other insight or anything theyve realised for themselves like for every inch they gained in BPEL they maybe gained .5 in NBPEL? Anyone?

How can that be? If fpr example i gained half an inch of bpel over a 6 month period and i remain the same weight or even lost a few pounds how could my fat pad grow .5” thicker to hide my nbpel gains?

Growth is growth. If you’ve gained length, you have gained the same in NBPEL as you have gained in BPEL, unless your fat pad has increased. You cannot gain BPEL and not NBPEL or vice-versa, it’s a physical impossibility if your fat pad remains the same thickness.

Maybe, if your ADS targets mostly the ligaments (instead of the tunica) it could happen that your penis hangs lower, so you could press the ruler further into your fat pad and that’s where your BP gain would come from, but your fat pad might sag lower as well, impeding the gain in exposure.


Before : Bpel 5.6"

Now : Bpel 6.7"

Yepp what they’re saying is true, I’ve got a very little fat pad, nothing more than 0,5” and as I’ve gained BPEL my NBPEL has increased as well.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Diet and see what happens.

If you haven’t gained weight, the only explanation is you’ve been measuring inconsistently.

Measuring is always inconsistent. :)

It’s only after years you get a feel for accurate growth rates.

Okay so then im measuring inconsistently somehow, or what qnt said.

Hmm this is concerning me, im not sure where the inconsistancy is coming from for me. Maybe the ADS or my EQ when i measure but it definately seems and measure the same its pretty frustrating. Obviously i need to eliminate my fat pad more then.

I feel im always really accurate with my measurements, this is so strange abd disconcerting. Oh well ill just have to look into a better way to measure
