Fighting the urge to overtrain
As someone who was into PE for awhile but then put it on the backburner, I have decided to start from the newbie routine. I have this urge though to do more: jelq for an hour, stretch for an hour, even clamp. To add insult to injury, I am very eager to jelq a lot to remedy some minor ED issues. I don’t want to ruin anything though. I’ve heard “overtraining” can ruin any routine, so I ask you, what do you think? Do you think an old-rookie should start fresh or do something a bit more intense? Also, in general, what is overtraining, to a rookie and to an old timer?
