First post + routine advice

First off, hi to all.
This is my first post over here. Have been lurking for two months on the board though.
I have also been doing PE for two months now.
I did a 5on/2off the first month and a 1on/1off the second one.

The first month I did jelqs and manual stretches only and gained a bit but not a lot :
went from EBPL 18cm to EBPL 18,2cm and erect girth from 12.5cm to 12.8cm (EBPL gain 1/12inch, girth gain 1/8inch)

The second month I changed my routine and did a 1on/1off
doing about 350jelqs, 300 JAI’s, 5 ULI’s, 5 horses, ULI’s and horses are held for 10 seconds
went from 18,2cm EBPL to 18,5cm and girth from 12,8cm to 13,1cm (EBPL gain 1/8inch, girht gain 1/8inch)

My question is, are these good gains ? I’ve seen a lot of (relative)newbies report much better gains.
Maybe I am doing too much and should cut back the volume of my program or do more ?

Hey Growth8X7,

the routine sounds good. Every person responds differently. Some guys need almost no rest days, others need many rest days. If you are making gains then you are doing something right. Keep going with your routine, if the gains stop then make a change.

I am glad to see you gained using a one on-two off.
How much working time did you put into PE the first and second months?

I spend about an hour per training session.

5on/2off the first month and 1on/1off the second.
