Seeking advice for a routine I have planned

I’m back at it again! After a small 2-3 month break, I have returned but am doing a different routine. Back when I joined Thundersplace, I had mentioned that I started the newbie routine about a year before I started hanging. I had a hanging routine that was working great but unfortunately it was very time consuming. I would do about 10-12 hours a week.(Gained about .5 an inch or so.) Because it took up so much time and the intensity of my school work got higher, I had to take a break. Now winter is over and I am starting the new semester but I decided to go with a different approach with PE.
My new routine is:
MWF:
Jelq x15 mins.
Sadsak head exercises: 4 sets
And another exercise I read about but don’t remember the name. You squeeze the base of the penis and just under the glans. Well 4 sets of these.
And then 15 more minutes of Jelqs.

TTH: 30 min jelq.

Weekends I rest.

Any advice?

Are you going only for length? I guess the exercise you don’t remember is called horse440.

Hi I’m in the same boat. I never beleived this stuff would work but have nothing to lose for trying. Id be doing the newbie routine. 200 jelqs 1-3 second squeezes and then 10 mintues of manuel stretching. 10-30 second holds. Plus a mild warm up and cool down. How were your results doing this before? You mentoined you did this for year. Don’t want to hijack the thread but my question is very similiar.

I’ve started twice and gained 1/4” in one month both times. I even chalked up my old gains as better EQ even knowing that my EQ back then was amazing. I told myself when I hit 6 3/4” that there would be no doubt that PE works and no possible mistakes in measurements. Now I’m saying when I hit 7”…I think I’m just amazed that it actually works.

Routine, Pics

Marinera: I’m in a way, trying to kill 2 birds with one stone. Kinda like a PE crossfit. No equipment. I’ll take what the routine gives me. So far, it looks like girth! It feels a lot fuller and has a heavier hang.

Jayster14: The newbie routine was really good to me! It conditioned my unit and gave me about .25 of an inch in length! Didn’t measure girth but it also looked a lot thicker.

Craven: Those newbie gains! I love them. This PE stuff is really addicting.
