Hey F4, can you elaborate on your desired purpose for a current running through the penis, and how it correlates to the device? The only thing that comes to mind right now is copper and zinc. For example, you can place a copper ring around the base of the penis head, and a zinc ring around the balls which will generate appx .7 - .9 volts between the rings.

I was hoping and theorizing that a few milliamps of current through stretched and elongated tissues would encourage cellular division. I know this is done to facilitate bone growth, just no information on the effects to soft tissue.
Also the electrical stimulus will have the “side effect” of numbing the penis to the discomforts of clamping, jelqing etc.. (After I am sure there IS nothing really wrong with the units code and hardware).

Well I know you can get silicone sheeting and tubing that is electrically conductive (engineered that way), perhaps you can get some thin enough to act as a sheath (like a condom but slightly thicker).

This might also inhibit fluid build up, a bit like condom or inner tube pumping.

Either that or you could go to water filled with salt water with the anode in the tube and the cathode near the base (or visa verse).

Maybe even an extra thick condom with conductive gel inside it and a flexible strip of conductive silicone inside it near the tip as the electrode one on the body near the base connect up the tens machine and whamo you’re buzzing.

I am thinking that any solution requiring the wearing of a VERY lubricated condom would fail under clenched stroking that this device is constructed to provide.

I never thought that in the end getting an electrical connection to the head of the penis was to be the “deal breaker” tech problem. Sounds so deceptively simple, but as usual the devil is in the details.

Can’t you mould the opening to your cylinder in conductive silicone and place the second electrode on the perineum ( sticky tens pad )
That way you’ll get current flow pretty much over the full length albeit in cycles, any lube would also help conductivity.

This is not healthy, I just cannot leave well enough alone. The ultrasonic heater thingy is ordered and on it’s way. First run will have every feature mentioned minus the dang electro.

capernicus1 that’s kind of what I have realized would be about the only answer. I am not setup to mold anything and definitely not conductive materials. I have some 1/32” thick conductive rubber sheet I had cut into strips thinking of just running into the cuff but fear too much vac loss as a result. Also of note, I have experimented with conductive rubber tubing in the past and it’s properties are somewhat “grainy” in that deforming it causes it to break or “shatter” easily. I was not impressed with it’s durability in the least. Something about the conductive material added seems to leave the resultant rubber brittle and weakened.

KenObie, that’s actually not all that crazy of an idea, coronal discharge to bridge the gap. Hmmm, that would solve a number of “connectivity” issues right there and the bluish glow would add a futuristic look the “process” for sure. To get to gaze down on your “glowing sword” and smell the ozone wafting about would be an added bonus(albeit a little carnenogenic of a bonus but hell what isn’t). I am not very familiar with the high freq stimulus stuff, any info on it’s controllability?
