I don’t have any customers working is soft mold-ables, just high impact hard stuff or I would try and go to the next phase on the sleeve idea.

There are some companies that do single cavity prototype tooling and will run limited quantities for you. At least there were when I was in the business.

The only thing you’d have to is send them a print of the part. Bet my bottom dollar you got AutoCAD.

Lest anyone say I am not still full at it.

Maybe I should try decaff, I am literally rattling!

I know CAD only to the tune of electrical drawings, and I use SeeTechnical usually. I just about should just use my own name as I am certain I have given PLENTY identifiable info, including my proto-typing style.

There was a thread about making and molding your own silicon sleeves for a vac hanger that you might be interested in, for the soft molding you are thinking of but I can’t seem to find it.

I just hope all of my customers have big dicks, I know a few ARE big dicks.

Besides they don’t call me because the “like” me anyways (not that I think any hate me either).
