Every night (and morning) I use a similar technique in bed. However, big difference is I get a good manual grip on my dick from around back of my leg. Pull it around as far as you can - get a good burning stretch going and roll your thigh/butt up against your hand to assist in holding the tension on. 5 minutes aside for a total of 10 before sleep and 10 before getting out of bed.
That is the only stretching I have been doing to augment my jelqing and clamping. So far I am happy with the gains I am getting.
Well, that certainly is a good question to ask and you are correct in wondering about it. I have thought about it also. When I was young I didn’t know anything about exercises for helping a penis grow. It was
something that I discovered by myself, became more of a “comfort thing,” and something that I just continued to do. Up until this last April, when I discovered and joined TP, I never really “stretched” it or really used any pressure when doing it. Now I do.
After reading about “Fowfers,” and that it was an actual PE exercise, as I said, I began to stretch it more and to put more pressure on it. So, we will see if doing it this way, in the long run it will help me any. If it helps, that will be fine, if not, well it’s just something I do and I will continue to do it anyway. In the 3 months that I have been doing PEing, I have gain some in length and girth. What did it? Was it the stretching, the jelqing, the Fowfers? I don’t know, but I am going to continue doing what I have been doing and hope for the best.
It indeed stays in place and now that I “stretch” rather than just sticking it there, after doing it it does have a longer length. The extra length doesn’t stay very long, maybe an hour or two at the very most, but during that time it is longer. :shrug:
I wish that I had one long enough to reach around and grab it from the back, but as you noticed from my stats that is completely impossible. :mad:
Maybe this exercise will not actually give me gains. Maybe I am not one that it will help. But, since it is an old exercise and even has a name (which I never knew about until I came here in April), then it must work or it wouldn’t be around. Others swear by it. For me, if there is a chance that doing it with more pressure than I was doing it with, then I am game to try.
