Fowfers and bed fowfers.

No offense meant, but if you have been doing these so called fowfers since you were a “very (very) young boy”, and your PE - “Began 4/9/07” with a Bpel of 4.438 Eg 3.750” - I would hazard a guess that they really aren’t doing much other than providing a comfy spot for you to hide your dick. Many years of ritual stretching would surely have given you a longer unit by now.

I wouldn’t think you would be maintaining enough traction by just placing it behind your butt and then drifting off to sleep.

Every night (and morning) I use a similar technique in bed. However, big difference is I get a good manual grip on my dick from around back of my leg. Pull it around as far as you can - get a good burning stretch going and roll your thigh/butt up against your hand to assist in holding the tension on. 5 minutes aside for a total of 10 before sleep and 10 before getting out of bed.

That is the only stretching I have been doing to augment my jelqing and clamping. So far I am happy with the gains I am getting.

I’m going to try this, thanks. By the way Panos, your gains are inspiring and I am hoping I can grow as much as you did.

Well, that certainly is a good question to ask and you are correct in wondering about it. I have thought about it also. When I was young I didn’t know anything about exercises for helping a penis grow. It was
something that I discovered by myself, became more of a “comfort thing,” and something that I just continued to do. Up until this last April, when I discovered and joined TP, I never really “stretched” it or really used any pressure when doing it. Now I do.

After reading about “Fowfers,” and that it was an actual PE exercise, as I said, I began to stretch it more and to put more pressure on it. So, we will see if doing it this way, in the long run it will help me any. If it helps, that will be fine, if not, well it’s just something I do and I will continue to do it anyway. In the 3 months that I have been doing PEing, I have gain some in length and girth. What did it? Was it the stretching, the jelqing, the Fowfers? I don’t know, but I am going to continue doing what I have been doing and hope for the best.

It indeed stays in place and now that I “stretch” rather than just sticking it there, after doing it it does have a longer length. The extra length doesn’t stay very long, maybe an hour or two at the very most, but during that time it is longer. :shrug:

I wish that I had one long enough to reach around and grab it from the back, but as you noticed from my stats that is completely impossible. :mad:

Maybe this exercise will not actually give me gains. Maybe I am not one that it will help. But, since it is an old exercise and even has a name (which I never knew about until I came here in April), then it must work or it wouldn’t be around. Others swear by it. For me, if there is a chance that doing it with more pressure than I was doing it with, then I am game to try.

Anyway, I wonder one thing, regardring the positioning of the penis.

Should I place it BETWEEN (along) the thighs

OR

Should I pull it BEHIND my thighs, like a BTC?

I also tend to do my PE right after my nightly shower (I workout at night mostly so I shower twice a day); I’ve tried bed fowfers just last night and it felt really good. I will keep it up and report back.

I think I’ll give them a shot too.I need length!

I pull it behind my thighs, like a BTC. There’s more of a stretch that way, and my penis is naturally more confined that way, so it stays in place better.

Impossible? I doubt it..
Lying on your back, slightly rolled to one side (in this example - left).. Draw your right knee up to your chest. With your left hand push your dick far enough back to reach it with your right hand. Get a good ‘ok’ grip on it with your right. Using your left hand pull your nutsac to the left and pull your dick nice and tight. Slowly lower your right leg, rotating your body back toward a flat lying position. Your leg will come up against your hand holding your dick. Only lower it as far as you need to in order to pin your pulling hand.

You should be able to get a good mid shaft grip regardless of your current length. Hell, I can even grab my base and dry jelq this way..

Unless of course you have extremely short arms.

These fowfer stretches, or whatever, are my favorite stretches. I described how I do them here: BTC stretch variation needs beta testers

Then BG and I discussed it here: Ike - Don’t Measure it, Weigh it.

I proposed in that second thread that we not call bed fowfers, or the associated stretch, a fowfer, because it’s quite different from the original sitting-position fowfer.

I’ve stopped working on length altogether, but I still do that between the legs stretch every night and morning I can to maintain my length gains.

Well, your last sentence says it all. My arms are certainly are not deformed, but they are extremely short arms and equally small hands with short fingers. Maybe it is true what they say about the size of hands and the size of dicks. :shrug:

Since I was about 20 years old, I have had arthritis in my back and pelvis and has gotten worse as I aged.
I believe it’s an inherited thing, since most of the male line of my mothers family have this problem. This makes it very difficult, in bed, to twist like that without feeling pain. If I lie in a very tight fetal position, after doing my stretch and tuck routine, I can just touch the meatus, but I’m unable to grab anything. I just need a bit more in length (in everything!). Someday, maybe I will be able to do it. I hope so.

Today I measured again (mid month) and found that, since 01JUL, I have gained an additional 5/16” in FL. So, since 12APR I have gained a full 1” in FL. So, hopefully, I’m on the way!

I have tried, like in the video, standing and then bending over to grab from the back, but neither my arms, nor my dick, are long enough for me to grab from the back.
