Since I was about 20 years old, I have had arthritis in my back and pelvis and has gotten worse as I aged.
I believe it’s an inherited thing, since most of the male line of my mothers family have this problem. This makes it very difficult, in bed, to twist like that without feeling pain. If I lie in a very tight fetal position, after doing my stretch and tuck routine, I can just touch the meatus, but I’m unable to grab anything. I just need a bit more in length (in everything!). Someday, maybe I will be able to do it. I hope so.

Today I measured again (mid month) and found that, since 01JUL, I have gained an additional 5/16” in FL. So, since 12APR I have gained a full 1” in FL. So, hopefully, I’m on the way!

I have tried, like in the video, standing and then bending over to grab from the back, but neither my arms, nor my dick, are long enough for me to grab from the back.

I think there are two distinct types of fowfers being spoken of but not sufficiently well disambiguated:

1/ The blood fowfer. This is what I think Big Girtha was so keen on. It traps a small amount of excess blood in the penis for long periods, essentially working like a super-lite clamp. Could increase flaccid size, unlikely to have much effect on EL.

2/ The stretch fowfer. A standard SD manual stretch which is held in place for a much longer time than would be possible with a manual grip. It’s an intense stretch if you can acquire the ‘knack’ of manipulating your thighs in said fashion. I would guess that those reporting up to an inch in length gains are doing something which more closely approximates this.

And there is still also the original fowfer, which as I said above, basically entailed pulling the penis back betwixt the butt cheeks and sitting on it. The major differences are the position — sitting vs. lying down — and also the leverage: the original fowfer stretched using body weight; the bed or “blood” fowfer clamps and stretches a bit using the legs; the “stretch fowfer,” as you’re calling it, uses both the legs and hands/arms.

BG called bed fowfers a ‘tuck’ for a few posts following this one, but that never caught on. DLD, apparently forgetting Fow1’s contribution, calls the original fowfer the “lazy ass stretch.”

Most people sleep on their side most of the night anyway, but this can be done even if you sleep on your back, you just need to start out on your side. After a little while your body heat makes the inside of your thighs a literal penis magnet. Once that sucker is tucked in there and body heat builds up it will STAY tucked, even when you toss and turn during the night. You may have to retuck once and a while, especially if you are one of these sleepers that tosses their bed partner off into the floor during the night. It is very easy to keep that dick tucked between your legs. After a while you’ll get so that the retuck is involuntary. When the time of night, or morning comes when REM sleep takes you deep under, you won’t have to worry about it. Your nocturnal erections will pull that sleeping penis right of its warm cradle and do it’s healing. During this time you don’t have to worry about turtling, because you will be hard. The minute Mother Nature is done with her little healing episode you will be waking up for the day. Before you get out of bed, reach over to your night stand and get your lead ring, slip it on and start your day.

I’ve found that if it’s a hot evening and you’re sweaty it’s easy to lose the bed fowfer when the erection starts. Anyone else has the same problem?

I’ve gone to sleep with my package tucked back many times. I don’t think I’ve ever woke up still tucked. I still wake up with morning wood so it might be getting untucked when I get a woody.

I kegel a lot when in the fowfer position. As you say, that’s how you get it chubby. I usually do bed fowfers after I’ve done girth work, because I think it’s beneficial to keep the cock semi-chubbed for a while after squeezing, clamping, or pumping, as Big Girth did, and probably still does. It’s hard to say if I’ve got erect gains as a result. It’s one of several things I do so it’s hard to determine its individual effect.

I do think I’ve gained length, and maintained it, by stretching while in the bed fowfer position. You can get a lot of leverage without much effort and hold the stretch for a long time, and it hits both the tunica and ligs. I went to bed, doing bed fowfers ended up with an erection so I ballooned for about 90 minnutes, when that was over I resumed bed fowfers slept that way for three hours and it remained about 70% erect.

Last night, I kept the bed fowfer all night. I started with a stretch of about 7.5”. When I woke up, it had slipped back some, perhaps to 6.5”. Still, compared to my 5” FL, it’s a good stretch.

Last week, I got back into jelquing 3 times a day and day-time fowfers at work (sitting at my desk). Boy, what a nice flaccid hang, I’ve had! Most of this improved hang will disappear when I stop (past experience), but perhaps if I can keep this up for a month or two, I may get some real flaccid gains. (Lately, my gains have been mostly erect.)

I played sports at a very high level when I was younger, and as such saw a LOT of guys dicks from the shower, and oddly enough. The biggest one I have ever seen belonged to a short guy who was about 5’6”, and his hands were in proportion to the rest of his body. Everyone just called him “horse”.
