I have not taken an extensive break since starting but had one that was about 1 month. I admit a lost a little, about 0.2” but I regained it very fast, like in 1 week so I think that some kind of maintenance is needed to keep the top score of the gains while most of it is cemented.

I’ve found that some sort of maintenance needs to be continued. Cementing works to a certain extent.
But when I left my penis without doing anything to it (Other than occasionally masturbating) for more than a month when I was single, I felt like I had to start all over again girth-wise, while length was only slightly less than at the peak of my PE routine(s), but still enough to make me feel a little disheartened.

This is also why masturbating was only occasional as I didn’t feel like masturbating my smaller looking penis.

Gains are pretty much permanent but if you stop you lose a little bit. When you start up again lost gains return quickly and (hopefully) new gains appear. Avantasia, I suspect Tweaking would like you to capitalize the first word in the sentence and add a period at the end.

Capitalizing “I” and adding the ’ to “don’t” would be good, too, as in “I don’t understand”, rather than “i don’t understan”

100% of your gains are definitely not permanent but with a bit of effort you can maintain the majority of what you’ve gained.

A maintenance program consisting of 2 or 3 short workouts per week should be enough to keep your gains. Maybe even gain some more if you’re lucky!
