gains!!!

I have been PEing very irregularly for about 7 years. Just recently (since January) I have been stretching and jelqing with some regularity.

I have gained about 3/8 of an inch in length!!! I started out at 5 7/8 and am now 6 1/4. I am so excited. This really gives me some motivation for more. I am setting my sights on 7”.

I have not gained anything in girth. I am still at 4 3/4. I would like at least 5”. Maybe this will come with more commitment.

BTW: I first heard about PE in about 96 or 97. There was a site called something like “Practical Penis Enlargement” Does anyone remember that site? What ever happened to it?

wow, those are some hard gains but to see you got them is exellent. has PE done anything else for you beside gains in length and girth?

do you just a temporary pump or anything short term gains at all?

Actually, as I see they were fairly easy gains. While I have know about PE for 7 years I have been very very inconsistent - Jelqing for a couple of weeks and then taking months off. It has really been since January of 2003 that I have had more consistency.

I think part of the inconsistency and lack of commitment before was due in large parts to questions about PE’s legitimacy. In the back of my mind I always wondered if this was just an internet myth that I stumbled upon.

This forum is great! I like the focus, community, and reality.

My routine has modified based on what I have learned here. I am very busy at home (kids and wife) and don’t have a long stretch of time to PE. I read a post about doing 6, 5 minute sessions (primarily stretching with a little jelqing) throughout the day. I have made this my routine with about 15 - 20 minutes of jelqing in the morning.

Anyway, thank you for the encouragement of this forum. Thunder’s is the best.

Gained Again

I’m sorry but I am just so excited I have to tell someone…again.

I have gained another 1/4”. I can’t believe it. I guess I am still full of skepticism.

I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when I measured today. I thought the ruler was upside down or something.

I am now at 6.5” maybe 7 - 7.5” isn’t unreasonable.

It’s not that I don’t believe everyone else’s gains, I just can’t believe I’m getting them too!

My girth is still 4.75” but I’ll take what I can get.

Thank you everyone for all of your great advise, answers, encouragement, and routines.

I have to say that I am a little intimidated by having the DLD ask about my routine! I have alway appreciated your sincerity and wisdom on PE. You seem like a good guy. Anyway, thanks to you especially - you are a PE superstar to me.

My routine was radically changed by reading about L born XXL buried’s (I think is was his) routine of PEing at the office. I always felt like I had to take a big chunk of time in the morning or evening - but my life, wife, and kids don’t allow it. When he talked about doing 6, 10 minute PE workouts throughout the day it really made sense to me.

My routine basically consists doing several (it varies each day) 10-15 minute routines throughout the day. I Jelq for a few minutes and manually stretch (using your kegel/reverse kegel advise). I also kegel as often as I can think about it throughout the day.

I also try to pull by dick back through my legs and sit on it a few times each day. I have been seeing some good gains in flaccid length also but they are so hard to truly measure, I ‘m not sure what the actual gains have been.

Sounds like RB’s routine too. Well I said it to you before, don’t settle for this, run with the success and build on it! Congrats!

I’m just curious about those several workouts thru the day.

Do you warmup heating your penis with something before and after doing each workout (this would be veeery boring, doing many times) or just pop out your dick and start working on it ?

I believe everyone when they say that warm-up is important, but it is just not practical for me (right now). At least I have not figured out a way to do it now. I have thought about getting or making a small “rice sock” that would not be too noticeable in my pants as I sit at my desk.

I do try to take a long shower and/or take a steam bath at lunch after I workout (whole body not just penis) and do some stretches/jelqing.

When I do longer workouts (penis not just whole body) I do try and do at least 5 minutes of warm-up. I have also found that hot wrapps help blood blisters go away fairly quickly.
