Girth from stretching?

Can I expect girth gains using the Max-Xtender? (I bought it and it works fine by the way, it was well worth it.)
They advertise girth gains on their website but I’m not sure about that fact being true according to what I read on this website… Girth is more from jelq right?

I think the Max Xtender could be considered like stretching/hanging… Maybe more like hanging because of the tension applyied…

With hanging you expect base girth gains, tending toward a carrot shaped penis.

So that’s fine if I’m currently bigger mid-shaft… I think I’ll work on lenght first and when my goal will be achieved, I’ll consider girth! =p
