Hardcore PE.....how extreme are/were you?

I’m sure I’m not alone in saying that I’ve done things in the name of PE that others would consider hardcore. I’ve cancelled events and meetings, ignored email and texts, exercised for hours, among other things. I bring this up because I discovered the frame to my vintage ADS hanging chair in storage and it reminded me how extreme I used to be. Anyone else have stories of extreme PE sacrifices (skipped big events), gadgets, etc they want to share?

If we are lionising extreme PE, it might be worth talking about the injuries caused as well, so that we don’t simply encourage a lot of people to injure themselves. Long term injuries/loss of erectile function are as important as instant injuries in the heat of the extreme moment.

Any PE can cause injuries and in many ways successful PE is the process of getting close to injury and not hitting it.

So, if you are going to talk about the time you tied a rope to your dick and then jumped from a tall building, it might be good to explain what it cost you.

Sage advice. I should have included that. I was thinking of losing friends, money spent, but injuries should also be included as a reminder of the costs people have paid.

To start, I’ve lost the ability to gain a full erection on my own due to severe dry jelqing and avoiding the signs of pain. I regret it to this day.

I started back to PE after a long break with this routine Mem’s 15 Minute Routine, which worked well as written but I then decided to mix in some more intense squeezes because I know what I’m doing, right? Wrong. Unfortunately I added the squeezes before I was conditioned and using techniques that had worked for me in the past and bust a blood vessel badly. The skin darkening is still there 2 months later and the weakness in the vein is definitely there. 2 months on 2 months off is not effective PEing.

A while back I was doing one of your other routines. I absolutely loved it. However, the sadsak or horse something squeezes where a problem. Thankfully, I stopped before I hurt myself, but it was really an intense build up of pressure. I don’t really know if I would have hurt myself but I started feeling discomfort in my upper thigh area. This happened on more than one occasion but it was always when doing the squeezes. Best I could tell is it felt like where the femoral artery is.

With the exception of what might have been a lymph issue, I have been very fortunate that I have never injured myself. But I also have been very sensitive to the feedback that my body is giving me. I truly believe those squeezes could have done me some harm. I am also grateful that I can keep my recklessness in check.

Other than those squeezes I really loved that routine.

I would say pretty extreme. I injured myself three times in 7 months.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

It’s one of the most obvious things to do, to take note of ones bodily responses. Unfortunately people new to PE and reckless returners might miss the obvious.

Squeezes and clamping are some of the most dangerous forms of PE. I’m surprised by your artery thoughts though, I would have thought that there are many things that would go ahead of an artery, unless there’s some kind of inherent problem with said artery.

Just a guess but I don’t think I actually hurt myself. I just was feeling major discomfort there. If I had continued to push it I could have hurt myself there or perhaps somewhere else closer to the glans. I am obese and with my eating choices my entire vascular could be lined with plaque.

I also think it is odd due to the size of that artery compared to others smaller and inside the penis. It could be referred pain but I truly don’t know. However, it is a case that being a chicken is more important than being a hero. Well at least it is to me.

Even if I had hurt myself I took the risk on myself. I would have made the choice of ignoring the feedback that my body was giving me. In line with your comment earlier in this thread, people do need to understand that they can hurt themselves. Which will definitely sideline their PE career.

During my first jelqing session I suppose I got a little rough, tiny blood drops appeared out of my glans from the pressure.

I really had a weak dick back then I guess, now however it feels like a very athletic and durable dick, veins and everything looking scary :)


Start stats NBP: 6.7 inches length, 5.12 inches girth.

God lets see, I bought two bathmates, a bib and an air pump. So right there is almost $700 in gear of which I use the air pump and one of the bathmates! I’m an addict in recovery and like most addicts I get obsessive and compulsive so basically that’s how I go about PE. It amazes me that I haven’t had a serous injury yet. I bought the bib thinking ok I’ll use this at least five days a week but then my obsessive behavior kicked in when I realized I couldn’t pump anymore which meant I wouldn’t have that instant gratification of a pumped up cock. So the bib sits there having been used for a week.

I would clamp many days in a row and didn’t care back then what my dick looked like. It looked more like I’d over pumped.

To this day I have a nightmare of a dream where my dick fell off and I try and put it back on and it won’t stay.

I had a dream two nights ago that my helmet fell off and I was holding it in my hand, I looked down at my dick and simply re-attached it. It was strange as hell.
