Man that’s a tough one. I could see two possible solutions to your problem, but they are basically just guesses as I haven’t experienced anything like that or read about someone with that extreme of a difference from base to head.

First, you could just focus on girth work, specifically targeting the upper shaft to even everything out before doing anything more than manual stretches.

Second, you might try attaching a hanger high (towards the base) where you are thickest to focus the stretching on that area of the shaft.

Water Pumping Basics

Personally, I believe water pumping when done in a slow and steady manner, with great EQ as the first goal and gains the secondary one, is a GREAT way to do PE safely and effectively. I think the explosion in Bathmate users have reflected this. I think water pumping with a gauge and cylinder is far better and cheaper than Bathmate.

Have you gained weight in the last 6 months to a year?

When erect is there a curvature left/right or upward that you don’t remember before? Doesn’t have to be significant.

I do think I will give water pumping a try. I did experiment in the past with an LA tube, but found the experience to be messy.

Sparkyx mentioned water pumping with the LA tube instead of the Bathmate (which I’ve been off for so long do not know about). I really have to do some research to see if I can understand how to make water pumping a reality for me.

bhcentral, I have lost muscle, but not gained weight per se, maybe replaced muscle with fat to some extent. I do not think I have noticed any change in the curvature, just size.

I was originally asking about testosterone because of how small and tight my flacid is. In the past I would have a nice hang after productive sessions, but now it just always seems to be very tight and small. Almost as if I am exercising. Really crappy all around for now I guess.

Bummer.

Try to switch the gained fat to muscles again?
I experienced just the opposite recently, after loosing 2 kg actually lost fat and gained muscles I experienced gains when I been having a break for 5-6 weeks from PE.

(Fat% and muscle% changes can maybe influence hormones like estrogen and testosterone a.o.)

Could it also be the case that you are suffering from stress/anxiety over this issue, which in turn causes the body to release cortisol which can deplete testosterone in the body? I go through period of anxiety and depression where my flaccid and dick generally are smaller but it soon bounces back when I feel more relaxed. Use plenty of heat in your work out, that should help to loosen up the tissues. The penis is a strange beast.

Perhaps your pelvic floor is tensed? This combined with anxiety could lead to temporary shrunk erections.

Do you edge often? Did you try water pumping as suggested?

Stretching and gentle squeezes (light PE) under an IR lamp could help .

Did you ever do blood tests ?

Rushmore, a couple of years ago I went on a reading spree on the forums on anything regarding cementing and permanence. My personal conclusion was that the most permanent PE method was hanging. Look at my thread history, I started a thread about it.

Hey man, I hope you figure out what’s going on soon!

When was the last time you went to the doctor for a physical? Usually as we age we suffer from high blood pressure; however, low blood circulation might be an issue. This could be due to a number of this, high cholesterol included.

Is your BPFSL decreasing as well? Do you feel as hard lumps or growths in your penis? Any hard or “deformed” areas could be an indication of scar tissue, but it doesn’t seem like your routines were ever intense.

Lastly, what is your erection quality like? Low testosterone wouldn’t just cause a shrinking penis. You would also see more belly fat, a decreased sex drive, and weaker erections.

Xtend, I am having all symptoms of low T, but I’m only 36. No lumps, bumps, etc. The entire penis is just scaled down, everything is smaller. BPFSL to EG, its crazy upsetting. Can low T really cause your penis to shrink in the erect state?

Flacid has been getting worse for about a year, but erect seemed fine…now it’s all going to shit. Septum on the top seems especially taught, so I’m not sure if I can past this. Just super bummed out!

I should have been happy with what I had!

Based on what you have said throughout the thread, I would assume it’s your high blood pressure medication. Did these changes begin after starting the meds?

If it’s not the meds, then I would get a testosterone test.

Physiologically there is nothing that is going to target penile tissues specifically to decrease their cellular mass except for severe caloric restriction. Your problems stem from anxiety. If you felt depressed for reasons other than concern about shrinkage, that is also a factor. Eliminate anxiety, improve EQ, previous size will be evident again.

You should try water pumping, it won’t hurt to maintain ligthly overexpanded erections. If you have a problem be determined to fix it, you keep talking about low t, did you do blood tests? Are you sure there is no scar tissue? How are your EQ, libido, morning wood etc..?

Ecto gave sound advice, I’ll say it again, you need to give a go to pumping/water pumping . You will work at your erect size without being anxious to check etc..

Holding various yoga poses to stretch the pelvic floor, the back, the legs and practice deep breathing will help you as well . But it means you will have to help yourself.
