I’d guess Mandingo was EASILY 6.5” girth. Mine’s 6.3”, and his is visibly thicker.

But again, we’re getting sidetracked by talking about the dudes who far, far out there on the long tail (pun intended), which is irrelevant to the topic at hand. Isn’t the consensus that you’re “well endowed” if most women* (who’ve seen a penis or two in their time) would consider you noticeably bigger than average? So really that’s going to start around 7” or even 6.5”.

I don’t think Mandingo is 6.5” MEG. I remember a video where a girl measured Shane Diesel, and even if cheating was going on, they put him around 8-8.5 by 6.5 MEG…and I’d put him thicker than Mandingo.

Considering large condoms are essentially designed for 5-5.5 girth, I’d put anything at 5.5” MEG or over as endowed. I can’t see many average girls taking 6.5 MEG or over, at least without pain for quite some time unless she is used to using giant dildos on herself.

This is only my opinion, not from true world experience using these sizes on the same women at different times. Now, if we could only do just that.. Okay, how about we assemble 1000 women and 6 guys (one on the small side of “average” and one at “average”) and four with the approximate above listed dimensions. Let each guy have sex with each woman, and have the women rate the different sizes. I think you got it right.
As over 90% of men are in the average range chances are anything above average is labelled well endowed.
If the woman got mostly dicks in the lower average range she might even call you well endowed if you are the upper end of the average range.
