How To Build Up Fluid ?

Good morning community,

I have an extraordinary question. Can you give me some advice on how I can build up fluid in my Penis on purpose? Last year I bought a pump (you2toys) and pumped with the greatest EQ and also with a cock ring on, and I built up very much fluid. But somehow after I had this happening, it later never really worked like this.
I also tried to drink a lot, to warm up and to stretch before beginning, but even then, with high (not over 9 but if so high not longer than one or two minutes) pressure and cockring I never had the same success.

Maybe my desire is strange, but I still hope that you can help me.

Erect exercises like pumping and clamping is known to draw more fluid in comparison to other exercises. Be careful with them.

Pumping with a cockring on actually decreases fluid for me as it clamps/blocks the lymphnodes from moving fluid from the body out into the dick.
