I am addicted to edging

I am addicted to edging

My PE routine is simple. Mainly I jelq. I found it very addidctive for me to edge. Whenever I jelq I want to edge. I end up doing about 200 strokes per work out. Between those strokes I probably edge 15 to 20 times. Basicaly you can see that I edge after each 10 -15 strokes. I really like it. But I am concerned if it can hinder any gains. As a newbie I was jelquing at 70 % erection and I gained about 0.4 in girth, than it stopped. As I moved on to more advance techniques (it did not work) and moved back to the basics I found myself not being able to jelq as I used to (with out edging throuhg out my jelqing sessions). Is it good or bad ??? Any comments ??? Should I quit edging ???

Don’t quit edging. Perhaps you need to lighten up on the jelqs, perhaps your doing to much. If your erection level is not up to snuff your doing to much PE.

So do you have rest days?
What is your current size?

Edging won’t hinder gains just helps you last longer.

My curent size: 6.0 BPL and 4.8-4.9 EG. I am on 5 on and 2 off routine. I am not sure if I need to jelq with full erection or light jelqing for length. If I jelq with full erection that is when I edge a lot. My goal is 6.0 NBPL and 5.0 EG.

Try it this way it did me much good service in my early PE days.

Do the newbie routine:
Warm up stretch long slow jelqs 3-5 second strokes, build up to 5-8 second strokes at a 60-70% erection (for length) when you have done 100 jelqs. Then begin the edging try to keep from cumming at least for twenty minutes. Clean up, warm down go nighty night.

For girth:
Do girth on seperate days or wait until length goals are met to do girth. Jelq at 70-90% erection. But keep this in mind for after you have done the Newbie Routine for a few months.

I’m curently 8.25” BPEL 7.5”- 7.9” NBPEL 5.9” girth.

Started wit 5.5” BPEL over three years ago.

Most of my growth came in the first 4 months of the Newbie Routine. I grew almost 2” in the first 4 months. Not everyone is a fast grower though it takes patience.

When I jelq with low erection as you recommend (60-70 %) at the end of the work out I do not feel like I just had a PE session. My unit do not look any bigger, just a little redness. Whereas when I do high erect jelqing (90%) at the end of the work out my unit looks bigger. So is it the way it suppose to be ???

Second question: The routine you recommened (your newbie) did you do it once a day. I just heard people jelq in the morning and at night. What you think ???

Once per day, I’ll have to go beck into my old progress thread to to know for sure if I started out with a split routine or not.

Are you warming up and stretching before you jelq?
Have you taken any breaks from PE sometimes this helps with gains?
Maybe a 5 day a week is too much PE try a one day on one day off approach to see what happens.

Beings you re not new to PE I would think that 90% is ok but this is primarily for girth. You can get gains from erection levels s low as 50%.

I warm up with a hot rag for 3-5 minutes after each session. I have taken breaks almost every three months. Today I am back from 1 week decon. break. I stopped watching porn - that is my New Year resolution. I am not new to PE. I have been here for 2 years. I have gone through pumping, clamping. I hate to stretch. I just can not understand how can people grow their dick by pulling it to different sides. So I have never really stretched. May be I should. I purchased Static Stretcher. I will start wearing it soon. I started PE 2 years ago with 5.0 NBPL and 4.15 EC. I can not complain a lot since I have some gains. But it was long time ago when I gained. After all the advanced techniques in the summer I decided to go back to the basics. In september I started jelqing twice a day, 200 strokes with 90% erection and edging, 5 on 2 off. My girth at one point went from 4.75 to 4.9 and I was excited. But then I measured again 2 weeks later and it was between 4.75 and 4.8 again. May it was swallowing not the real gains. I got pissed after that and took one week off. And here I am. I want to incorporate your jelqing advice with a Static Stretcher. What you think ???

You said a seperate day for girth, how do you do a day for girth? I just jelq, I thought you’d eventually gain length and girth.
