I am addicted to edging
My PE routine is simple. Mainly I jelq. I found it very addidctive for me to edge. Whenever I jelq I want to edge. I end up doing about 200 strokes per work out. Between those strokes I probably edge 15 to 20 times. Basicaly you can see that I edge after each 10 -15 strokes. I really like it. But I am concerned if it can hinder any gains. As a newbie I was jelquing at 70 % erection and I gained about 0.4 in girth, than it stopped. As I moved on to more advance techniques (it did not work) and moved back to the basics I found myself not being able to jelq as I used to (with out edging throuhg out my jelqing sessions). Is it good or bad ??? Any comments ??? Should I quit edging ???
