I need a break

Guys I have the following situation: from january of this year I started PEing without any pauses, have little to little, increase my session, and I think I have hit my first plateau, not because I am not seeing any gains any more (I have not seen to many big gains, since I join PE), but because my penis it’s changing to little for me, I have been thinking in increase even more my routine, but I think I need to take a break off and after 1 week and half, start with the newbie routine again, I am doing 400 jelqs, Uli’s, and stretchs. The problem it’s that I don’t want to stop PE because it’s giving me confidence, when I PE, I think my erections are much much better than the day without PE. You guys have any advice?

How much have you gained?


Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

If you feel you need a break take a break for a week or to. When you return you can tweek your program a little. Change is good!

You’re saying that you are PEing for 8 months and made NO gains at all?

I won’t say it’s impossible but for your measurements I think it’s at least a bit odd that you haven’t made ANY gains…

Do you eat well and take pauses between 2 or 3 days?

I couldn’t imagine going 2 weeks without pe. My suggestion is try to change up your routine instead.

One week? I do not think it is enough if it must be a break :) Taking a break is one of the hardest decisions…all PErs think that break will reduce their gains so they do not want to take it or they want to make it smallest possible break…But this is one of those ‘counter-intuitive’…break is a element of PE….without break there is no progress or it is not as big as it could be with breaks.

It is like dating with girls…many men think that if they are nice and good to girls this will help him…In reality it makes men ‘worse and weaker’ in eyes of girls. In order to attract girls man needs to be ‘strong’…but many men are afraid that being ‘strong’(too strong) would push girls away-while in fact this is what attracts most of the girls….It is a metaphor :) The same with PE…do not be afraid to take break from PE…it can only HELP :)

Exactly! I am addicted to PE, I feel a lot more confidence in my erections on the PE days, I know this is wrong and that’s because I think I am needing a pause.

Guys I have not said I have made gains at all, but I haven’t see any great gains get it?? Like I already repeat, I have not see my gains on the rule, but I am pretty sure that I have gain something especially in girth.

I think I need to modify something, Just don’t know what.

I took a 10 day break and my dick felt better than ever when I resumed my workout. So good that I may start taking 10 days per month and use the rest of the days to PE. My flaccid is fuller, thicker, no turtling, more erect and everything after the break. In a few days I will be setting up to take another.

Thank for your opinion man and I am just taking a slightly break get it?? Just to see what happens, I have take no break at all, since January, not even a single day (off course following the routine, I have tried, 5x1, 6x1, 2x1, 3x1, 1x1, on, off), I think this maybe be a problem, because I see a lot of guys who PE 2 times a week and still see gains.

What are the different routines that you have tried, and how long did you perform them?

Why don’t you practice edging during the break. It helps with the anxiety of not doing PE. You can keep up your length and girth this way with no loss.

I have a question and I didn’t want to make another topic for it. I’ve been doing a newbie routine for over 3 months then I hurt my fenulum, I actually tore it. I hoped it would heal but it’s been almost 2 months and it’s still hurts. What should I do? I tried all lubricants and healing medicines. I really want to start my PE but I’m really afraid. What should I do?

Sure…Go for it! Try for yourself…do not be afraid to ‘find your own way’. Do not look to much on others-try to find what works for you. I have seen guys who PE 5-6 days a week and get results and I have seen guys that do it 3-4 times a week and they got results. I found that I needed to have at least 3 days in a week free of PE. You may find it different.

I have only doing jelqs for 8 months, I have stretched a lot of times but always get PI negative, Now I will just wait 2 weeks and start a very light routine, 50 jelqs (very slowly) and 20 JAI stretch, I think less is more, anyone agree on this?
