I started PE in late August, and made some small beginner gains, although I think some of them may be a byproduct of just learning how to measure consistently. I hit a bit of a length plateau fairly quickly that lasted until mid December. I decided to try hanging for long periods. I first started with a Vac Extender that I used without the frame, but that gave me blisters. I moved on to using a bib hanger and warming up religiously. I try to hang 1-2 hours a day, but it all depends on how fatigued I feel. The long-duration hanging is definitely working for me though - I’ve seen about 1 cm - 11 mm of an increase since then!
I’ve got a bit till I reach my goals, but I’m getting there and I’m very happy to have found a routine that works for me!
