Can you share what you've gained from if you have?

Wasn’t the static stretcher really effective? I believe the guy who made it reported .25” in one month. I think it was mostly newbie gains though, but who knows?

How much did you gain from pumping? How quickly? I got impressive results after a short time from my Bathmate and basic jelqing. It’s good to see someone else got results the same way.

I’ve gained .25” in both length and girth from clamping and pumping.

I gained 1 inch in length from very irregular PE over a course of 3 years, never gained any girth.

Now I’m starting from scratch and using an extremely light routine. I only do manual exercises.

Just a variation of the Linear Newbie Routine, if I recall it correctly
I think I stopped at 2x1minute stretch in each direction (SO, up,
left, right and downward) and did a total of 100 3-second jelqs.

In retrospect it wasn’t really a smart thing to do since I completely
disregarded any PI’s.

In my opinion you should ‘reserve’ at least 3-4 months to find your
starting conditions (e.g. minimal work to get gains) before considering
any gains at all. This is harder on your motivation, but the results
obtained will be with the best in terms of conditioning.

I hit a bit of a length plateau fairly quickly that lasted until mid December. I decided to try hanging for long periods. When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I’ve done a lot of exercises during my PE “career” but I have found that pumping and jelqs have been, by far, the most effective in my gains. Over 1/2” in both length and girth. I want more length so I started hanging a few months back and it’s gone well but I’m a bit too addicted to pumping so I’m working on gainig more length thru pumping. A slower process but I get to pump.


Starting stats: 7.5" BPEL x 6.2" MEG

Current Stats BPEL: 8.2" [NBPEL: 7.6"] EG: 6.8" - Goal: 9x7 and beyond

How did you apply that constant heat? You mean air pumping Titleis? I recall you old me the best for you was pumping at 4Hg for 2-3h in 20 min sessions with edging and jelqing in between. Is that right?

Keep at it

I have been at it for almost 6 months now and should hit the 1” mark on next measurement. Hit it now but not constantly. Have been doing hanging and using an all day stretcher. Very little gain on girth but that is not my goal at the moment. I am gaining a rough average of 3/16” each month.

How long do you hang a session, including split sets if any. Im also hanging. Do you rest?
