Can you share what you've gained from if you have?

Gained 1 cm in length (only measuring bone-pressed since the 1st day) with regular newbie routine (dry version). This gain was spotted at the end of 6th month, so gained that on the last 2 months (first 4 months gained only PIs).

First 4 months: routine at 1ON-1OFF with stretches.
Last 2 months: routine ar 2ON-1OFF without stretches.

*My goal, since the beggining, is to increase my girth, that’s why I bail the stretches.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

You should not go up 10hg not even 22hg.
Discoloration go away if you stop for long time.

.5” gain in 6 weeks. Rice sock fulcrum stretch. Fulcrum is the only effective method as nothing else has ever worked. Bundled fulcrum is releasing gains as well. Hanging with weights did not work for me. I pull manually with the bib over the fulcrum and slowly twist into bundles. The fulcrum isolates the tunica and only in this fashion did I make gains.

The .5” gain is the only gain I have ever made. Prior to this point, I did not gain even an 8th. My unit is visibly larger, and heavier and for the first time my flaccid penis has a looping hang. All this with just 1/2 inch. I can only imagine the transformation of gaining the next 1.5”.

0.5 in length and 0.2 in girth from early February 2015 ‘till today. Just stretching and dry jelqing which is awesome. I am stuck now. I ‘ll see what happens because my measurements did go up suddenly. I litteraly one day woke up with a bigger dick.No progress from that day.At least for now

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I started on a nbpel of 6 inches although some measurements showed 6.1-6.2, I ‘ll say 6.0 which was more usual, girth at 5.2 and a flaccid lenght of a little above 3 inches, which always bothered me a little, but i was ok since i have a ” hulk ” dick. I am now at 6.5 nbpel, 7.0 to .7.2 bpel and 5.4 girth from base to top cause I have a square penis. What pleased me more was my flaccid length which went up to 4 inches and stayed there ‘till today.I probably could have gained more because i had two injuries and the first one took me 8-9 days to recover, but i can not say that for sure. I also did and still do about 50 2 sec kegels mid-routine and 50 more at the end.

This is a great informative thread. I’ve seen a lot on here about pumping, and I use to contradict it. However, back in ‘01 it helped a lot w/ what I guess was a newbie gain. One day I measured 8” erect, so I discarded my equipment. Since I use to be 6” erect then, I figured I’ll start growing naturally. I was very wrong. I only kept 1” from this gain. Fast forward to now, I started using an extender religiously in ‘13, from anywhere to 5-12 hr’s ( I was a security guard, and I could cover my lower area w/ my blazer). I gained 1/2” from this routine. I forgot to mention I pumped on and off from about ‘04 to about ‘12. I’m currently doing a vac regimen, I prefer this because of my hectic schedule. There’s no interruption, and I feel more of an internal pull ( just like the geniuses on here said it would). I’ve only done an hr a day, 6-7 days a week. I’m on my second week, and I’m trying to increase my sessions on the weekend. It’s kind of too early to record my results, but it tries to stay at about 0.1” - 0.2” ( Not good at measurements, I think thats 1/16 - 2/16?) I also do manuals, heat pads, and continue use w/ my extender.

As I’ve said earlier in the thread I gained a very small amount with light stretches and jelqing, unfortunately I suspect that these gains were
mainly due to a change in lifestyle. Since then I’ve slowly been building up in terms of time (not force!) and I’ve got the feeling that I might
start to gain now.

So not so much an ‘I-have-gained” post but more an advice: If you aren’t gaining yet, keep increasing with small intervals. I started from zero
in January this year and as of now I have not made any real gains, but I am more aware of what I can and can’t handle. So go slow and keep
increasing, at the point where you start to gain your EQ will stay from all the previous work!

EdgeWalker has discovered an all important principle, and that is becoming familiar with the different forces and their effects on the penis. This feedback, which comes slowly with experience is what commonly is referred to as listening to your dick. Proceed, learn, be consistent, avoid injury and you will succeed.

I started PE about January of this year and have gained about .66 inches in length. I use a extender (cheap one I picked up from EBay), some light jelqing and a cheap pump that I use in the shower with water. I’m going slow as not to damage the goods.

Haha yep, I already was aware of this fact but usually it is very easy to get carried away and go overboard with the amount of force mainly.
If you are like me (EQ very sensitive to sleep quality) than it’s hard to keep proper track. Nonetheless, I’ll get there, eventually.
