Hey i took Some time off from posting my progress. I am around the 7in mark for length and around 5in for girth. I’m fine with my size since it seems to be fine with my girlfriend. (Which is a different girl from the last) . I do Plan on continuing PE to get bigger. I also Have been having a ejaculation problem lately though which is horrible for my self esteem. I have been ejaculating much earlier than I would like. I think it’s my girlfriend. Thank you for the welcoming. I don’t know if this is correct yet. But i have Noticed doing kegels less (while still doing PE) has been better for my erection quality. I feel like i was doing it too much before maybe resulting in overtraining. Edging i have Recently started and will see how my next sex sessions goes. I’m trying to increase on the amount of foreplay, before there wasn’t much foreplay.

I believe the first week, I was already seeing results from edging.

In the meantime while you are sorting it out go to Walgreens or the drug store and buy a small tube of anbesol. It is used on toothaches. Take a very small pea sized amount and put a dab on your frenulum. It will desensitize you a bit. It won’t solve the root of the issue but it may give you the small boost in confidence you need.

Try reverse kegels to help with premature ejaculation. When you feel the urge to cum, slow things down a bit and do some reverse kegels. It really helps to take the edge off.

Treat edging like your training for 3 miles. No porn, lay down, close your eyes, have your favorite playlist playing, and breathe comfortably - don’t hold it. Overtime you will increase your time and it will show in the bedroom.
