I wouldn’t bother with any of them. If you ask me the ADS concept is flawed as to see any significant results you need to wear them at an increasing tension. Once tension gets to a certain point they become uncomfortable to wear for more than 15 minutes, so you spend what seems like half the day reattaching the damn thing and trying to get the blood back into your penis. Also they are pretty hard to hide even under baggy trousers, so more likely than not you will wear it only in private. When you consider the whole point is to wear it all day and still get on with your daily activities, they do become a bit pointless. You will probably end up wearing at home for a couple of hours a day. Therefore it would be much better to hang. There is no comparison between the benefits of two hours hanging and two ADS.
