Yes, this is very common! To get a truer indication of real gains it’s best to measure about two days after your last PE workout. That way everything has had a chance to settle down and you will get more consistent readings. Measuring once per month is usually the best idea. Set the same day every month to measure and take a couple of days rest before you drag out the ruler!
