How long do each of your routines last? Sometimes I do uli’s, clamping just seems to do more so I tend to stick with that. Thing is uli’s don’t produce any skin swelling or lymph build up, so I should probably do them more often.

I also am afraid of resting because I think I may lose some girth. I also have been doing am and pm sessions. My morning sessions are light in comparison to my evening sessions. Recently, I have been chilling out with the morning sessions and sometimes skipping them completely. The day I skipped my morning session, I had an extra 1/8th of EG post evening session. Rest is important, but there is a fine line of how much rest is needed. I need to find out how much rest I need at the minimum to gain at the maximum.

I do the same exact routine AM and PM:

5 min hot wrap

15 pulls on the wiener in different direction for 10 secs or so each

20 minutes of jelqing at about a 3 second pace

Then I do the uli’s. I get a 3/4 boner and make an OK grip at the base. I slide it up a bit and try to pump blood forward. Then I quickly release the grip just a tad and milk it from the base again, but I kegel in more blood as I do that. I do that 4 or 5 times until my cock is purple, tight and veiny. Then I pump forward 5 times and squeeze a bit. Sometimes I actually get that base grip to be my whole fist. You can feel your dick get really tight when you add more fingers to the base grip. It’s a great full feeling. I can’t wait till I can’t get my fingers around my dick one day!

So I do that little uli routine 10 times like that. It actually takes me 20 minutes alone to do that. I let my cock go pretty limp in between sets and then jack it up again for the next set.

Yeah, I am going to have to keep my balls in check too. I have also been dropping a load upon each session’s completion recently. I don’t know if it disturbs growth. Maybe we’re just paranoid. But I think I’ll hold off on the ejaculations for a while too.


If you really get into the specifics of all the techniques at this site, the innovative methods all involve expanding your dick’s size temporarily with a proportional amount of pressure coupled with it.

This is the key, IMO, with doing exercises like O-bends. You can bend your dick at a very flaccid state and it will look wider. But you need to have a little bit of blood in there so that you can feel some pressure too. You want those veins looking angry, but don’t overdo it!

I do Uli’s with this kind of idea in mind.

You want to feel that dick get fat and have some nice pressure on it. You get innovative by thinking up ways to increase the pressure gradually.

I start off with a 3/4’s erection and just trap the blood in at the base with an ok grip. It’s like doing a squeeze. I’m not talking about a literal squeeze. I’m talking about a PE squeeze: with an OK grip trap the blood at the base, like a cable clamp would do but using your thumb and forefinger instead.

Actually when I jelq, I think of myself starting each stroke with this kind of squeeze.

Anyway, then you kegel and stroke more blood up the shaft. If you keep your OK grip nice and tight, you will just feel your dick getting more pumped up. You can see it get redder and veiner too.

Once I feel that I have a good pump in there, I just push the blood forward a little bit more with a pretty tight tourniquet grip. Don’t push TOO far forward because your dick should already feel pretty damn tight. I only push maybe a half inch or so. But this is kind of an arbitrary thing. You have to judge how much pressure you think you can stand at your level of PE. Don’t go crazy and hurt yourself. Just get a nice pump. If you’re a beginner, it’s good that you’re doing anything. It’s like conditioning for great intensity down the road. You don’t begin with 300 lbs on the bench press. You work your way up. Same idea.

I will kegel more as I pump too and maybe add an extra finger or three at the base. Sometimes I’m just squeezing. Sometimes I’m pushing it forward with a full fist. Sometimes I’m just squeezing with a full fist.

You kind of play around with these exercises until you get a method that makes you feel like you’re getting a great expansion with nice pressure.

Feel your glans with your free hand’s fingers as you pump forward a little. You can feel the glans get tighter and expand a bit.

I am always touching my dick as I jelq and Uli so as to feel the exercises making things temporarily bigger. I think it’s a great idea to do this so that your mind understands that “yeah, I’m doing it right!”

Mr. T has pre-cut tape of his starting girth and watches the tape expand as he exercises to get this same effect. I think it’s a genius idea.

Even personal trainers will tell you to put one hand on your stomach as you do ab work, so you can feel yourself getting tighter in the mid-section. It’s the same principle.

The pre-cut tape is a genius idea, I might try that at some point, that’s like instant motivation.

I love my pre-cut tape. I have it in my pocket right now. I use it everyday to keep track of the expansion. What I do is I’ll have it wrapped around my midshaft firmly while I hold it in place with my left hand, and at the same time I have my right hand on my base with a uli grip. I then kegel and squeeze aggressively while I take a measurement. I can make sure this way that by the end of a session I get to the number I have in mind.

So I know how much my dick should expand per session. This way, you always know if your PE session went smoothly because you can see the numbers. Also, if I am having trouble reaching the “end session measurement number”, I will keep bending and squeezing until I reach this number. So far the pace I have been setting for an increase in this set “end session measurement number” is an increase every two weeks. So every two weeks I set the bar higher and aim for a bigger number on the pre cut tape.

If you have any questions about my methods with the pre cut tape PM me. I also use the the pre-cut tape as I clamp as well. I usually hold it in place with the left hand and kegel while clamped until I get to my set number for clamping. My set number for clamping is less then it is for uli’s, because I do uli’s after I clamp.

Hell, as much as possible, but it seems to average out at .5EG of expansion post workout. Last night I read that aristo thread with the guy who clamps very aggressively, and tried some of his principals with last nights session and I expanded about an extra 2/8ths! All I did different was I went an extra notch than I usually do on my clamping session, which was very very intense and kind of dangerous, but it went well and I was very careful to notice if I felt any weird sensations. This intense set lasted about 12 minutes I think, but maybe 15. After this set, I pumped for 15 minutes and then did another set of clamping. I went the extra notch again on this second set, but after about four minutes my dick started to feel tingly and numb, so I immediately released the lever on the clamp and went down two notches and I finished the remaining 11 minutes of my set. After this I did some squeezes and had an incredible extra 2/8ths on top of the .5 inches of expansion that I usually get.

My dick actually looked stubby post session because it was so much thicker then I am used to seeing it.
